Hi. The instructional videos are on our website and also on youtube, also the card that comes with the product has the QR code that you scan to go directly to all the instructional videos. Hope this helps!

Is this good for high school age? Is there a weight limit?

Yes perfect for all ages. We have kids of all ages including grade school, high school and college that use the Stunt Trainer. The Stunt Trainer grows with your Cheerleader. Weight capacity 250 lbs. Thanks!

This was on my daughter‘s birthday list so picked it up. As with everything related to cheer, it’s expensive for what it is however is well built and according to my daughter is exactly what she needed for practice.
