I think people got unlucky on the reviews as this chair is Not like any other gaming chair I’ve seen before and definitely one of its kind, I love the massage feature really helps with comfort and helping the back pains in long hours, chair was very hard to put together on my own but I did it in the end I didn’t attach the armrests to the chair as they are not very adjustable if I do, I also like how the whole entire chair has padding as my old racing gaming chair only had a little bit of padding on the seat and that’s it, also the vibrations from the massager feature is a bit loud but it’s not really a problem for me, the build quality feels so premium as well, there is an actual foot rest instead of them unsturdy 2 bar foot rests that snap off after a while. I’m a big and broad person and I fit in the chair perfectly!! Absolutely recommend this gaming chair it’s one of its kind!!

Well received Christmas gift for my14yo son. Easy to assemble, all bits present and correct, leather feels premium and it is very comfortable. It comes with mains powered vibration massage which is fully adjustable and powerful at max. and it is also a lever operated recliner. I have taken 1 star off as it sits a bit high and could topple if you lean right over the side to retrieve something off the floor, my son is 5'10" and his feet dangle off the floor with it set as low as it can go. If the chair could drop a couple of inches lower it would be perfect.

absolutely amazing chair. cannot fault it in any way. it is so comfortable and the material is of really good quality.All assembled myself, was not an easy task, best with 2 people, but achieved it in approx 30 minutes. instructions are very easy to follow.I read a few reviews stating it may be a little on the low side, so I decided to use the adjustable lifter mechanism from my old chair. which fits perfectly, got this on its lowest setting, as there maybe stability issues, but untested at any greater height. so on the lifters lowest setting. I am an average 5'10'' and both my feet flat just touch the floor. as for stability at lowest setting, it is perfect and I weigh approx 90kg, maybe 100kg now. I dare not check after all the lockups.massage function is incredible, it works perfectly.two minor mishaps. the bolts that secure the pivot attaching top to bottom. did not come with nuts to secure them. I made support aware and they rectified this immediately. thanks support team, you were great.also another. the cup holder edge was razor sharp on the edge at top on the inside. I had to scrape this smooth. so beware if you have kids using the cup holder. do check it's edges. sharp plastic can easily cut skin. I was going to give a 3 or 4 rating for this. but material and frame quality/functionality is brilliant.all in all though, what can I say, this chair is worth every digit you spend on it.absolutely no issues with it at all in everyday use so far.thanks costway. the chair is exactly what I require.

First ever gaming chair, comes in a very large box, quite heavy which reflects the build quality, Amazon driver insisted on helping me up the stairs with it, would have struggled otherwise😀 very easy to put together as there’s not too many parts, only difficulty was put the bolts in the rear back part as it’s difficult as there are specific holes in the leather but fiddly and a little frustrating, but once you get one in then it’s easier, took about an hour to assemble on my own. Base is round and not pneumatic so fixed it’s low too the desk so you need to use the keyboard on lap, i got used to this as the comfort for playing GTA via a controller is brilliant, has fixed leg support like a lazy boy , and hours of playing has little fatigue, massage function is good with multiple setting, quite loud when off the chair, but ok may need a addition carpet if you above someone like in a flat, bit of a gimmick I think personally. Otherwise a great chair that is well built and if good enough quality to warrant the price.

Most of the chair feels sturdy apart from the bit your sitting on, 2 metal bars that run across the bottom which is also where the seat cushion straps on to and that's it. No supporting board or extra framework to create a solid base so either your sitting feeling the metal bar or sagging between the metal bars either way causes back pain because of this one flaw in chair design

I’ve had my eye on this chair for a very long time but was slightly apprehensive when ordering as some of the reviews are very mixed!My main reason for buying this style of gaming chair is because for some reason i always end up sitting on chairs sideways, using the armrests as a back rest and have bent the arm rests of many good chairs from doing this (i have tried to stop but i never notice i’ve done it until it’s too late..) saying that i am very happy with this chair so far! it’s very comfortable i haven’t had any issues that i’ve seen other people mention with being able to feel screws through the seat. the arm rests are sturdy and i don’t feel like i’m going to break them. the chair is also height adjustable! i’ve seen a few reviews on similar chairs saying the height isn’t adjustable but this one is! took my partner around half an hour to build and was fairly straight forward. overall i’m very happy with this chair and the massage feature is a nice bonus!(if you have hardwood floor i would recommend getting a rug to put under and the massage feature makes my whole room vibrate on the lowest setting haha)side note: i was also very happy to see the pink being around £30 cheaper? I often find pink options especially with gaming items to be £20-£50 more expensivei think the only thing that would make this chair better would be a sage green option but the pink is a nice alternative!
