I take two of these daily for prostate health. I like it because it doesn't cause any side effects with me. I think it helps, but that's hard to evaluate.

I bought Saw Palmetto for 97 yr old dad in Dec 2025. He takes 2 pills daily per instructions. After 3 wks, he said his need to urinate at night changed from every 2 hrs to only twice a night, midnight and 8am. So it's working well. Each person's body chemistry and health condition is unique so you may need 2-3 months to see results. If no results, try another supplement. The expiration date is printed on the bottom of the bottle. This bottle expires in 2 years (2025-2027).

I have no reason to doubt that the product is legitimate, effective or fairly priced. I simply don't think adding it to my routine made any difference in any way that I can tell. Supplements are meant to fill gaps and I'm probably trying to fill a gap i don't have.
