I use this headset daily as I work in construction and it's handy to have 2 so swap one out every day while charging the other. After about 3 weeks one of them completely died. Won't turn on, won't charge, no LED lights of any kind, totally dead. Until that happened I loved the battery life which lasted all day reliably and the sound was good. Just wish it didn't brick itself so fast. Worst part is in order to return it I'd have to send back the other one, which is working, and then since it's a used product the return policy states is likely not get a full refund and replacement wasn't an option. Such a shame. Update 8.26.24 Customer service reached out and offered to make things right by replacing the order or refunding it. I had already ordered the same headset and except for the one that died I have been very satisfied with it so I opted for the refund. They promptly credited back the full amount and I highly recommend this headset now. Solid product and top notch support. Edited to 5 starts!

They are perfect for outdoor workers, athletes, and commuters who prioritize battery life and reliability over the ultra-compact nature and good sound quality of true wireless pods. The combination of the vibration motor and the IPX7 rating makes them one of the most practical options in the budget-to-midrange market.

I like the functionality of these neckband earbuds. The battery lasts a long time. I use them for listening to podcasts and YouTube videos. The only issue is that with frequent use, I seem to get less than a year out of them before they fail. Failure is that one side stops working so I can only hear out of one earbud. This is my second two-pack. The first twopack was purchased in April 2024, and the second set in January 2025. I just started using the last of the four neckbands. They are not expensive though, so I probably got my money’s worth.

FIRST UNIT: I COULDN'T GET IT TO TURN ON. I HAD THESE BEFORE WHEN IT WAS MPOW BRAND AND HAD NO TROUBLE. UPDATE: SO I HAVE DETERMINED THAT THIS UNIT WILL NOT TURN ON DIRECTLY AFTER I REMOVE IT FROM BEING CHARGED. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY AND THERE IS NO INDICATION IN THE USER MANUAL THAT THIS WOULD BE SOME KIND OF SAFETY FEATURE. I'M CHANGING REVIEW TO 3 STARS AS THE UNIT DOES WORK AFTER IT TURNS ON. SECOND UNIT - UPDATE: AUG 1, 2023 - THE SELLER "YOSDOM" CONTACTED ME THROUGH AMAZON AND OFFERED TO FIX THE PROBLEM, WHICH THEY DID SATISFACTORILY. IT TOOK A WHILE, BUT IN FACT I DID RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT WHICH WORKS PERFECTLY. THANK YOU TO YOSDOM FOR FOLLOWING UP WITH THESE REVIEWS AND DOING THE RIGHT THING! I WILL VISIT THEIR STORE AGAIN. UPDATE: SEPT 1, 2023 - THIS ITEM HAS WORKED UNTIL YESTERDAY. I HAPPEN TO WALK AWAY FROM MY PHONE (DEVICE THAT THIS HEADSET IS CONNECTED TO) A COUPLE TIMES AND BOTH TIMES THE HEADSET VIBRATED TO LET ME KNOW I WENT OUT OF CONNECTION DISTANCE, WHICH IS GREAT. THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED THOUGH, I WAS NEVER ABLE TO CONNECT TO THE CEVICE AGAIN. I TRIED TO TURN THE HEADSET OFF THEN ON AGAIN, ONLY TO FIND THAT THE HEADSET WAS NOT RESPONDING TO TURN OFF, AND WOULD NOT TURN ON AGAIN EITHER. I ASSUMED THE BATTERY WENT DEAD SO I CHARGED IT OVERNIGHT. THIS MORNING THE RED LIGHT WAS STILL ON WHEN PLUGGED IN. IT NEVER CHARGED, AND I CAN'T GET IT TO TURN ON AT ALL! I FEEL LIKE THERE IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH THE CIRCUITRY OR THE PROGRAMMING OF THE PCB AS THIS UNIT IS BASICALLY DOING THE SAME THING THAT THE FIRST UNIT WAS DOING. SO ESSENTIALLY THIS UNIT IS DEAD AFTER A COUPLE WEEKS. IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH WALKING OUT OF CONNECTION DISTANCE TO THE CONNECTED DEVICE, SEEMS TO MAKE IT VIBRATE TO FAILURE. AGAIN, I'M DISAPPOINTED. I HAD MY MPOW JAWS FOR YEARS!

This is an inexpensive headset that I frequently buy. It is a quality set at this price point. I usually fall asleep wearing it. Over time the quality decreases due to wear and rear and I never clean them. It is less hassle to replace them. I have more expensive headsets, but they are too bulky for a side sleeper. Other models I have tried in this price range do not have the same sound quality.

This device was easy to configure. And operate very smoothly it's easy on the fingers to try the controls. The only negative I have is sound quality is a bit scratchy. I have had this type of product before with much better sound. I will probably keep these since I have no others. Might just be the set that has the sound quality problem.
