Very Fresh and Yummy
This product is a perfect consistency for modeling, and the taste is yummy. VERY fresh with a long expiration date. Very happy and will buy it again:)

Delicious, easy to use and shape.
This is the best marzipan ever! It was smooth, easy to roll out and shape. There is no gritty taste, and it makes great candy. I also used it to ice an English Christmas cake and it was delicious! I’ve made my own in the past, but this will be my preferred option next time.

Tastes delicious
I had a bit of difficulty trying to sculpt with this product, likely because it’s “different”. I’m a first time buyer and I generally sculpt with modeling chocolate. My guess is that embellishments made with marzipan may require some drying time. The flavor was excellent, and with practice, I think I will enjoy it more.

Worked well for me
I used this to top a Christmas cake before adding royal icing. I rolled it out flat using a dusting of icing sugar so it wouldn't stick. It rolled out very thin (1/8 - 1/4 inch) and went onto the cake very easily. Tastes good, too, if slightly sweet (it is 67% sugar). Overall it worked very well, and I'm quite happy with the result.

Great tasting easy to use
Although it's marketed as white it is not. Still almond colored. Was very pliable and easy to use for covering my Christmas cake. Tasted very good. Was enough to cover a nine inch round 3 inch high cake with leftovers for decorating.
