Fits perfectly in wheelchairs or airplane seat, and small enough to be covered by user's clothing for privacy. Great for travel, as they fold up small and fit in travel bags easily. Also, they are washable, so even without laundry facilities, it is possible to "wash, wear, and spare" rotate if necessary. I took off a star for absorbency because - when new - liquid tended to bead up and roll rather than soak in right away. As they were washed, the absorbency improved considerably, I'd give it another half a star, if there were half-stars available. Great product overall.

This product works!!! My boyfriend and I used this the first night we got it, and we both were unsure if it was going to hold up to the reviews. I just want to say it does not matter how much liquid there if you keep yourself on the mattress pad it will not leak through. High recommend !

Pad is used for older dogs bed at night as she’s been having an occasional potty issue. It’s been washed about ten times and the size is holding true. No shrinkage, remains colorfast so far. Sure beats throwing money away on disposable pads. That’s the best part.

I often have kids sitting on the floor with snacks & drinks. This 2 pack lets them sit picnic style & keeps my carpet clean. They are pretty large & can be used for things other than protecting furniture or beds.

This pad is large enough and does the job. I use it to cover the end of our bed where our cat sleeps at night. He will often throw up during the night and the pad has saved me from washing the entire bed cover many times. I think our cat actually likes to sleep on it and I will find him resting there during the day as well. The size of this pad covers the width of a queen size bed and is still narrow enough to not cover us as we sleep so over-heating is not an issue. For the price, this pad is a very good deal if the size is what you are looking for.

I bought these to protect our couch against spills, and I believe they will do the trick. When I poured water over the pad, there was some beading and eventually all water was absorbed. The top of the pad felt pretty wet, and it probably wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving it wet. I used a towel to soak up the water, and although the top of the pad felt dry to the touch, my pants did soak up water from the pad when I sat on it. What I really care about is that the water did not leak through the back!!! Some water was absorbed as seen when flipping over the pad, but the back did not feel wet at all! I haven’t tried washing it, so I can’t speak about its effectiveness after washing, but it passed the initial test for using it as a sofa protector pad. It doesn’t come with any straps because it’s intended for use on a bed. Still, it stays put on our couch with the help of the beaded backing. I love the Navy color, too.
