The flavor is rich and genuinely tastes like regular chocolate milk without leaving a chalky aftertaste. i wasnt going to have high hopes for taste, as some of these can be chalky.. or just.. yucky... i can say i can drink this, just because i am thirsty.. its thick, very flavorful, and for chocolate, pretty darn good. strawberry is also really good.. so a nice surprise in how good this tastes.. and unlike some.. doesnt affect my cholesterol like some protein supplements do.

The drink is very tasty. However, it takes some time to get it open. The plastic cover on top is hard to get hold of, then you rip it off hopefully it goes to the bottom of the cap. Then, you have the foil seal which is hard to get off, also. But the drink is good.

This Muscle Milk shake is the best one out there. 25g of protein at only 160 calories gives a very high protein/calorie ratio, and the flavor is pretty good. A lot better than some of the chalky, artificial-tasting shakes out there. The low-carb formula makes it ideal for keto diets, and it has 5g of dietary fiber, to "keep things moving". All in all, the *shake* is great. High quality, cheaper than many of the competitors, and enjoyable to drink. But the packaging. Specifically, the top. It's a nightmare. The perforation where you're supposed to tear off the plastic is poorly done, so you can't actually do that. Instead, you need a knife or something to be able to get the plastic to a place where you can tear it off. And after unscrewing the cap, and drinking it for the first time, you see that the mold of the lid is very poorly done, so there are sharp edges RIGHT WHERE YOU PUT YOUR MOUTH. I have cut my lip on these things at least 3 times, to the point where I'm now super careful about HOW I DRINK A SHAKE. There are versions of these shakes that come in much easier containers (little boxes), and those are a 5/5. For this version, specifically due to the packaging, it's a 4/5.

By far these are the most creamy and delicious shakes in the market. When they're on sale I grab a couple of packs. They taste great and they've got the protein.

Great taste and value. I do have it at night so I can skip dinner. Very tasty.

My teens are picky eaters but they love these shakes

Tastes great, but a little over priced. Chocolate is definitely the best tasting.
