Great stuff. I’ve been taking for about two weeks and can tell a difference in my energy levels throughout the day. my sleep pattern has improved. And I’m noticing I don’t have as much pain in my lower back as I used to. I’m not sure if the shilajit is helping that, but I have noticed a big difference in the pain level since I’ve started taking it. . Also pro tip. When you are getting ready to start taking it use warm water almost to boiling stir in resin and add creamer 🤯tastes like an espresso. This was the first time I've ever tried shilajit. By all accounts, I wasn't supposed to buy anything under $30 because the purity wouldn't be there. I also don't like to over pay for something that I don't even know will work. But I decided to give this stuff a try due to all of the positive reviews (though even those make me wary anymore). We have only been taking this for a month so I'm not comfortable touting all of the health benefits yet. I will update after 3 months. What I will say is it feels like my cells crave this stuff. I can't be for sure this isn't a placebo effect, so I'm just going with it. The main reason I wanted to try shilajit was to get rid of most of our vitamin supplements and I wanted to replace the minerals that the city strips out of our water supply. It is a tar like substance that smells like health to me. Earthy, not unpleasant. The taste is also very earthy (hubby says it tastes like diesel but he's a hummingbird addicted to Mt Dew) and admittedly isn't the best thing ever. The aftertaste reminds me of a pleasant black licorice. I measure out the serving and put the stick in a little shot glass, fill it with hot water and allow it to set for a few minutes, then I stir the water and the shilajit dissolves completely. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is due to my jar being short coded for Sept 2025. **I just received a new jar of shilajit (different brand) and I will say I prefer the flavor of this brand over the new jar from another company at similar pricepoint.
