I got this water bottle for my 1 year old grandson whose father works in the construction industry. I take care of my grandson in the mornings while his parents work. This water bottle is exactly what I needed. It's small enough to fit in my lunch tote/purse so I can always have his water bottle on hand to keep him hydrated. I love that this water bottle is leakproof. The last water bottle I tried for my grandson leaked all over my front passenger seat. With this water bottle, I can carry it in my purse and not worry about leaked water ruining the items in my purse. I also like the straw, which makes it easy for my grandson to drink. I would say that the angle of the straw is a bit low and so I do make a point of being careful to not accidentally hitting my grandson's chin with the bottle when I am offering him a drink from the bottle. Unlike some other water bottles with a straw that are hard to clean, the way the straw is implemented in this Funtainer water bottle makes it easy to clean. And it's dishwasher safe! As a one year old, my grandson loves to throw things to the ground. I've had other Thermos water bottles for myself with a plastic lid that would break should I accidentally drop the water bottle. This Funtainer water bottle's lid seems to be better quality as it has survived being thrown to floor from the high chair and to the asphalt from the car seat. Although the cap and straw are made of plastic, I was willing to pay more for the fact that the bottle itself is stainless steel. I do try to avoid using plastic as much as reasonable. I love this water bottle for my grandson so much, I am getting him another one. I am thinking he can use these water bottles for years to come!

I researched metal toddler cups forever before deciding on this one and I’m so happy I went with Thermos. We have 2 of these cups for my 2-year-old and they’re great. They are super sturdy (my daughter has quite the arm and throws her cups daily from up in her high chair). They leak if they’re laying on their side with the top open, but that’s kind of to be expected. We just make sure to keep the top shut when my daughter isn’t drinking from it. It’s very easy to open and my daughter does it herself no problem. The little handle is perfect for toddlers to carry it themselves. They keep water cold for a long time; I find ice stays frozen in there for a while. They’re easy to take apart and clean. I like that the straw is clear so you can see if there’s anything in it. You can also buy replacement parts for the straw sections of the cup which is great. They’re dishwasher safe and fit in a standard car seat cup holder (all these were an absolute must for a toddler cup for our house). We have this butterfly one and the strawberry one. Neither have chipped or faded yet and they’re washed and dishwashed regularly. One goes to daycare with my daughter and has held up very well. Overall extremely happy with these cups and highly recommend for a toddler.

I purchased this for our 10 month old grandson. It is perfect for him; size and functionality. He then learned how to open and close it. It is a perfect water bottle for on the go or home. A plus is that it doesn't get hot or cold at the exterior like some others do. Recommend it 100%!

Perfect durable toddler waterbottle! When closed it doesn’t leak and so far no dents even though it gets tossed around quite a bit. Easy to clean and keeps his water cold all day! Our favorite daycare/everyday water bottle!

My son absolutely loves this bottle! Quality is great. Has only leaked a few times- which I think was due to him leaving the top open. My son is super rough with this (it goes everywhere) and it’s held up nicely. Easy to clean, too.

I was looking for a replacement water bottle for my 7-year-old. We had Hydro Flask before until he lost it. As I was browsing through different water bottles on Amazon, I noticed there are 3 different types of straws for water bottles - hard straw (like what Hydro Flask has), silicon, single-cut straw (Cambelbak uses this kind), and standard silicon straw (this is what this Thermos Funtainer uses). I am going to give you the pros and cons of each straw type. Hard Straw: Pros It's easy to clean and seals well. I didn't experience any water skills with our previous Hydro Flask. Cons This may not be a con for most people, but if you like the soft texture of a silicon straw, then you wouldn't enjoy this type of straw. Silicon, Single-Cut Opening Straw Pros It seals water pretty well, and we occasionally experience a water spill with this type of straw, but it is no big deal. Unlike the hard straw, the texture of silicon won't leave you feeling like you're biting a chunk of hard plastic whenever you drink from the bottle. Cons Because the opening is a single cut in the middle of the top end of the straw, the spout will wear out over time, and you will need to purchase a replacement. The design of the spout might be slightly difficult to clean. Standard Silicon Straw (what this water bottle uses) Pros Again, the soft texture enhances the user experience. Cons Combining a standard silicon straw and a spring-operated single-hand opening results in a water skill, should you fill water all the way up to the bottle. The opening button is cleverly designed to be sensitive (perfect for the target customers - mainly kids), but if you have a water bottle, the water will leak from the straw. We had an incident where we put the filled Thermos Funtainer in a bag together with my son's homework, and we discovered the homework was damaged by water. When I investigated further, I found this water bottle to be the cult. Overall, this is still a great water bottle. We like the quality of the brand. However, you want to consider a couple of things before making the purchase. 1. Cleaning: the straw of this bottle comes in 2 small parts. You will need a small straw-cleaning pipe to do the cleaning. 2. Size: I doubt you can fill up 12 oz of water for this water bottle, so if you're buying it for a younger toddler, this is perfect. Consider purchasing one size up for older children.

Lo compré porque los vasos de popote de plástico para mi hijo ya se habían impregnado de olor a fórmula podrida (puedo suponer que a más de un papá o mamá le ha pasado). El plástico absorbe olores y a la larga salen hongos y se hace imposible su uso. Llevo en uso de este termo un par de meses y vivo en Mérida, dónde lo que no se refrigera se pudre rápidamente. Y este termo cumplió su promesa de conservar la temperatura del líquido y evitar que se pueda (aunque este último punto no es parte de sus características). Yo no esperaba mucho de la conservación del líquido, más bien buscaba el acero inoxidable para evitar la absorción de olores, y quedé gratamente sorprendida porque sí conserva el líquido y no absorbe olores. Es fácil de lavar y de quitar ambos popotes de plástico. La tapa no se abre por accidente en el coche ni en la mochila, pero si es accesible de abrir por un niño de 2 años. Resiste golpes y múltiples caídas sin romperse. El estampado de va cayendo con las lavadas, pero no creo que eso afecte a su aspecto, ya que el color del vaso junto con la tapa y la base no se pierden. No tiene mecanismo que previene derrame de líquido si el termo es volteado boca abajo estando abierto. Pero con adecuada vigilancia funciona. Muy buenas compra.

A garrafa é linda, a cor é mais bonita do que parece na foto. Parecia um bege, mas é rosa clarinho. A garrafa é resistente e não vaza na bolsa de jeito nenhum. É fácil pro bebê abrir com o botão e não é muito pesada, ele consegue manipular sozinho. O único ponto de atenção é que tem um buraquinho na parte do canudo (vide foto) que vaza se o bebê virar a garrafa ou deixar ela aberta deitada. Sobre conservação, ela se mantém gelada por muito tempo apenas se colocar gelo. Se for só água gelada não dura tanto, mas isso é com todas as térmicas que já conheci.

You can not go wrong with Thermos brand. Highly recommend it
