Very solid knife. Great blade, perfect size for a small EDC. Feels good in hand. The only thing I'd change would be to make the pocket clip just a bit longer. It works fine but just seems short to me. Blade is nice and sharp and is fairly easy to open with just the thumb. Nice finish. Looking forward to carrying it for a long time.

Bought a couple of these for gifts. Really like the look and the weight (heavy for its size). Shopped a lot for an everyday carry (EDC). Probably a little heavy for normal pants in the pocket…. Great value, seemingly high quality, a believer in the CRKT brand. Blade size and shape perfect - in my opinion. On sale this is a great value and I expect I to buy more in the future. Opens very well.

Let me start by saying that I had purchased this blade design NINE times over two years. Then I saw the deal they are running on it currently. This blade is in a class all it's own folks. I carry one on me ALWAYS. I have one in my vehicle, my lady carries one on her purse for all kinds of things. Her two boys in their early and mid 20's each carry one. (Everytime we would see them they kept locating one in our house to show to their girlfriends, their friends and and then they started just using them for practice. The ole' single handed deploy and then retract, open and close as smooth and as quick as can be done. I finally had seen enough and x-mas in JULY placed one in each of their EDC at work front denim pockets. This blade is a masterful design. Once you handle it and, flick it open and then cut some paper with it you will hunt down and glide through some boxes with it. If you haven't purchased it by then all you will need do is slide the perfect clip it posesses over your front pocket. Don't take my word for it. Watch the video of it in full 3D. Iv'e been collecting and using folder's for 30 years. The VALUE you'll get from this blade is unmatched anywhere. I have several knife sharpening kits and this blade is so easy to put a wicked edge on that cuts like a razor and maintains that edge for a long time... and wow what a looker! Satin finished beauty and the steel polishes to a mirror like finish when leather stropped. I dare you to find a blade under 30 bucks that even touches this. Form, function & longevity do not all come at this level for this VALUE. EVER. Pick one up. Then buy one for everyone you know would love it as you will. -Anthony Cusimano

While this knife is not made from premium materials, for the money it's an excellent compact folder. Jesper Voxnaes designed this for CRKT and the result is very functional and highly ergonomic. Normally a knife this size would be a three-fingered grip but the large choil provides a place to put the index finger which allows for a full four-fingered grip. This is much more comfortable and gives a feeling of greater control when performing tasks. I can't overemphasize how good this knife feels in the hand. The action when deploying the blade is what I would call deliberate. It is reasonably smooth but definitely not flickable. This is mostly due to the framelock design which always causes drag on the blade. Whether that is good or bad depends on your preference. I don't mind that I have to be intentional when opening the blade. The blade has a decent edge on it from the factory but likely will require regular maintenance to keep a keen edge due to the budget steel it's made from. The blade is very thick to improve comfort for the thumb and index finger. Although this is a good thing, the sacrifice is reduced capability when slicing. A narrower blade is better for that but would cause hot spots on those two fingers in a short amount of time. Based on the design limitations I think this was a good choice. As I mentioned earlier, this design uses a framelock to secure the blade when open. In this design I find it hard to use because it requires a lot of pressure in a small area which can be very uncomfortable at times. It might help if the cutout on the frame was a bit higher to allow the finger to have better access to the lock. This is my least favorite part of this knife. The pocket clip is functional but is not a deep carry design. A half-inch or so is visible from the pocket. The clip can be moved for tip-up or -down carry which allows options but it's worth noting this design favors right-handed carry. The clip mounts are only on one side. The build quality on the one I received is very good. The blade is centered when folded and all the parts fit together reasonably well and flush. It is worth noting that I have owned other CRKT knives and the build quality has been poor in some cases. For less than $30 I think this is a great knife. I really like how compact it is while still allowing a full grip. It has excellent utility and carries reasonably small in the pocket which are very good things in an EDC knife.

Super sharp blade out of the box, great weight/balance, awesome locking feature, I really wanted this shape/style of blade. Overall, very well built and quality. Strongly recommend.

Couteaux industriel de la plus haute qualité que je n'avait eu a voir ; spiderco peut aller sa cacher profond dans un trous mdr ! Plus sérieusement le tranchant est vraiment dangereux , donc ne vous amuser pas a l’ouvrir et a le fermer a la va vite pour passer le temps . Et personnellement j'adore sa simplicité et son efficacité , une belle couleur acier brosser, et pour le réaffûter un petit passage au cuir et le fil es comme neuf

Joli couteau de petite taille. Acheté pour compléter mon kit Edc, pour le design, la forme de la lame, la couleur argentée, l’acier inoxydable. Parfait pour ouvrir un colis ou couper du saucisson sans trop s’encombrer. Seul bémol, je regrette qu’il n’y ait pas le choix des aciers quitte à payer un peu plus cher. Et le coloris cuivre pour le manche qui n’est plus disponible.

If you are looking for a heavier pocket knife this is a great buy. Heavy duty, well designed, feels great. As soon as Amazon restocks I will probably buy a second one. Amazon delivered an empty package first, but their customer service swiftly replaced the lost item. Great service +++++ on behalf of Amazon!
