Beautiful and soft with 2 tones of blue

It is just the right weight to draoe well, the colors eye catching and beautiful ombre dyed. The silk gives it a beautiful luster. The fabric is a blend of silk and cotton and i liked it so much, i bought several as gifts. This though, and one more in shades of peacock blue, are my two personal favorites. The wrap is a really good value for the price, and it did not bother me therefore that the silk seems to be short fiber spun silk. Can't expect better in the price. It's the perfect length and width too.

You know, when I first opened the package, I just wasn’t sure if the fabric really was silk and cotton. It felt sort of slick and synthetic. But Ive had a terrible allergic reaction across my neck (from trying a new face cream) that would not gone away, even with using hydrocortisone cream and Benadryl cream. My skin on my neck was hurting so badly and I didn’t feel comfortable using my cashmere and silk winter scarf because my skin could only stand something truly non-itchy. That’s why I purchased this. When I did use it, it was SO incredibly COOL and comfortable against my irritated skin that I realized it *really* did feel like silk and cotton. I don’t think something synthetic would have felt that comfortable. The colors in the blue version that I got are lovely. I kind of wish they would make solid colors because I would buy more!

First of all, the scarf I received is not at all the colour depicted in the images, actually it is prettier - I ordered Rose Purple, the scarf depicted is pastel in colour gradiating from mauve to what looks like a pale lavender - what I received is a rose-purple shade of fuchsia gradiating to silver - the scarf is very pretty, the fuchsia is a gorgeous colour, but the scarf does not match in the least any of the four images shown, two of which show mauve to lavender, two of which show rose pink to light pink The label indicated the scarf is made of cotton-silk - the cotton used is a low grade (short fibre) of cotton, - the silk threads are thin but strong, the scarf has a decidedly fragile feel to it - the weave has some elasticity, making it suitable for head wraps such as hijabs or turbans The scarf does not bleed when washed, indicating a mordant has been used after dyeing - the best way to wash fragile articles of cloth such as this very thin-yarn, loosely-woven scarf, stitched w/a low grade of thread, is to hand-rinse and squeeze out water - do not wring or the yarn will get pulled out of shape, leaving gaps & holes in the weave - roll the scarf up in a towel & press down to remove more water - now the scarf will be only slightly damp & can hang up out of the sun to dry - these very thin fabrics will pull out of shape if you hang them up very wet, as the water saturated in it weighs more than the scarf itself does Update - the scarf does indeed make a beautiful headwrap, I wear it in a low-bun turban style, love the sheen of this cotton-silk fabric, makes the turban look elegant Colorful Gold Thread (green) - This green and black scarf is woven with iridescent threads in both warp & woof (thus is plaid) - these iridescent threads are very sparkly but are not gold, they are copper, fuchsia, & turquoise, so the scarf is really not suitable for anything but to wear at a Xmas party

It was lovely, soft and the color 9s perfect.

This was su much nicer then I thought it would be. Super light weight, but warm enough for chillier summer nights and windy days

The scarf is really beautiful!! I love the Ombré look. Yes it will easily snag and won’t hold up to heavy use but for 14$ you kind of get what you pay for. My problem is the UGLY poking tag that sticks out and is made of a hard nylon? Synthetic material. Absolutely NO ONE wants to wear a giant MADE in CHINA tag on a nice “silk” scarf it makes it look cheap like it came from some cheap on line ‘megastore. The scarf has a beautiful size and the sheen is lovely which makes it look more LUXE definitely looks like you spent way more than 14$ on it but the tag totally cheapens it and makes it look more Dollar Store. As you can see from my picture I did try and cut the tag off but in the process ruined the scarf :(. Too bad it is such a lovely scarf it it didn’t come with the tag I would buy it in MULTIPLE colors!
