The only issue is the LGA1700 backplate interferes with some surface mount components on the back of the ASUS ROG Strix B660-i gaming wifi motherboard i am using. I managed to make it work only through undervolting and underclocking.This is probably the best low profile cpu cooler in this range. But there are better coolers if space is not a constraint.
