One ingredient. Mixes into yogurt easy!
I mix this into vanilla yogurt. Not a lot of flavor, but adds all natural pure cashew, no junk added! One ingredient!

Great product for vegan recipes!!!
Wonderful product!!! I'm using it in vegan dressing and cheese recipes that call for regular cashews.

Love it!
I love this Pb2 cashew butter! I add a sprinkle of salt to enhance the flavor. Add the required water and you have a creamy butter that’s delicious . I like it better than the peanut or almond pb2 but use all three. It’s easy to travel with because it doesn’t need a cooler. I recommend this product especially if you love cashews. Less calories too!

Nice flavor, practical, versatile, but tiny portion
While not looking for a lower fat version specifically, I always liked how practical and shelf stable powdered peanut butter is so once a saw the cashew option I had to try. The PB2 powdered cashew butter is definitely not made from the best quality or tasting cashews, but it's mildly delicious nonetheless once you add a pinch of salt; no sugar needed, the typical cashew sweetness is present. Prepared, it has the addicting sticky mouth feel of regular cashew butter, without the thickness. As someone used to powdered peanut butter, the powdered cashew definitely requires less water (almost half of it, use slightly less than the package states) and doesn't generate as much volume. One serving yields a frustrating small amount. Because one serving generates such a small amount, I ended up rarely using it to reconstitute cashew butter. I mostly use it as an ingredient for sauces (Asian inspired mixed with soy sauce / tamari / coconut aminos; vegan "cheese") and to add a mild cashew flavor in baking (added in flour mixes). I can see it used in some vegan recipes, for people who don't want to bother with soaking and blending cashews. It does nothing for smoothies (doesn't even add the smallest amount of thickness) and I personally couldn't use it to make cashew milk or other drinks. The price is quite high... and it becomes even less cost effective once you realize how small is a single serve and that for most recipes you'll need 2-3 servings.

LO fat & tasty
A great substitute for regular cashews esp if you make sauces using a cashew base. This is lower in fat and is good if you are trying to lose extra weight. I make vegan cheese sauces , cashew cream & use this as a thicker to make other sauces. It is pricey but a little goes a long way. Regular raw unsalted cashews are expensive also. I say give this a try . I did and will keep on ordering and it is no salt that is helpful in weight loss also.
