I always prefer garter belt stockings. Pantyhose are just too awkward, to put on and to go to the bathroom. Plus, there's just no sex appeal to pantyhose. Self staying thigh highs sometimes start to make my skin sore under the vinyl strip after a long evening. Garter belt stockings are my favorite, there's nothing more feminine and sexy than a nice garter belt with silky smooth stockings, and what woman doesn't like to feel sexy? (And what man doesn't love them) I like the 6 suspenders, they do a good job of making sure the stockings stay up evenly, and the metal clips are a must. Don't waste your money on a garter belt with plastic clips, the plastic stretches and the clip can slip loose. Metal is the only way to go. To me, this has been one of my favorite garter belts, comfortable, functional, reliable, and sexy.

This is a high quality garter belt. It stays in place and looks sexy and great. 6 clips for stockings! Go up a size or two! Im 5'7", 130lbs. I had to buy a large, and it's on the last hooks. I normally wear a small in pants. Lovely.

I saw that many others had referred to the size problem so I sized up from my usual Medium to a Large. I should have ordered the Xlarge even though the size chart I referred to suggested a medium. When I tried this on, it was still very snug at the waist. I'm 5ft. 5in and weigh 122 lbs. If you are about this size I would suggest an Xlarge. Other than that, I loved the garter belt. It seemed very sturdy and the lace was super pretty! If you can get the right size, I would recommend it. I immediately repackaged this product in its original packaging, and I did get my money back when I sent it back UPS.

This garter belt was ordered in an XL and barely fits my mother who is a size 6 - 8. I normally wear a M in the waist but bought an XL to be safe and it still wouldn't fit.

According to the size chart, I should be a size small because my waist is 26 inches. However, I saw a lot of reviews saying this ran small, so I sized up to a medium. I also was hoping that by buying a bigger size, it would fit looser and lower because I don't plan to wear this as lingerie -- i want it to ACTUALLY hold up my socks and tights. Since not all of my clothing is high waisted, I figured a bigger size would solve the problem because it would be too big for my waist and just sit on my hips. Boy was I wrong. THIS IS RIDICULOUSLY SMALL. The medium only fits my waist because it's STRETCHY. If not for that, it wouldn't fit. I would need at least a large to fit comfortably at my waist, but since I want it to be mid to low-rise instead, id need like an XXL probably. It's one thing for sizes to run small, but the size chart was a COMPLETE LIE. If you're above a size 6 you probably wont be able to wear this at all, it's that ridiculous. Will be returning.

I took advice from other reviews and upsized and am glad I did!! I am a size 4 and usually get a small or extra small if a US size. I was going to get medium as it said a medium would fit a 4/6 and I assumed the flexibility of the 6 would be fine but I decided on the large which was 6/8 and it fits perfectly but on the last hook! So yes, this does fit small. Order up and just cut out the size tag if you’re vain! Regardless, this is a beautiful piece of lingerie and is very soft fabric. The lace is very pretty and it sits flat on your tummy and behind once on and strapped to your stockings. I love it!!
