I'm making my own Mushroom Coffee.

I use about a 1/4th to 1/2 tsp of this daily for sustained energy, and it's nothing like the false hopes of the energy drink industry. I still like my caffeine, but find that this is just as, if not more important. There's a green tea company based in Seattle that uses cordyceps in their ceremonial grade matcha, and I found it curious that they said they created their drink because they "didn't like the way adderall made [them] feel". When I looked at the ingredients, cordyceps was the only mushroom and stand out ingredient I could find responsible for the all day energy the drink offered. Sure enough, cordyceps was the ticket. An instant mushroom coffee company that sells their products on amazon compares cordyceps to "little batteries" that keep you going. Yes, that they do. I don't get jitters or anything, but if I take it when I wake up, I'm far less likely to roll over and drift back to sleep. It's like my body just isn't interested in resting even if my mind thinks I am. No uncomfortable anxious feelings with it either. I do notice something different if I take a higher dose than usual, and I don't know how to explain it exactly, but it's not jitters. I just feel a bit different. Nothing alarming, but it's enough to let me know that the dose I took is past the so called "sweet spot". Just take it easy with this stuff and start small. Maybe try in dose increments of 1/4th tsp. You'll find what's right for you. No comment on flavor. I don't notice it as unfortunately I still do not have a full sense of taste/smell due to long covid. It's certainly not foul or anything, but you'll want to look to another reviewer for that info.

Now I take 1/2 tsp every morning, and another dose in the evening if I feel any heaviness in my chest (NO MORE INHALERS!). This is a great product, costs me hardly anything, lasts a LONG time, and provides incredible benefits. If you are new to cordyceps, Bulksupplements currently offers the most affordable high-quality product I could find on the market and is well worth a try, especially if you suffer from a similar condition as I do.

I'm absolutely delightful, so I'm worth an unscheduled intermission. But we're talking about you here, not everyone is legendary in the bedroom. Aye, but if you ever were, perhaps now you can be again, like me! I put a rounded teaspoon of this in the coffee grounds for my daily pot. Doesn't affect the flavor of your coffee much, I had to compare two cups of my coffee side by side to notice the difference at all. Works pretty fast, you'll notice within a day or two, energy levels are increased, no more napping when you should be tapping. That's the real value of this powder, increased energy and stamina in physical pursuits of any kind. It works.

I have been taking this Cordyceps powder for about a week now and I really like it. It is giving me the energy and endurance I need. This is Cordyceps Sinensis so I am adding Cordyceps militeris as suggested by a reviewer who said it is an inexpensive way to go. I have been taking Cordyceps militeris in an attempt to have energy without the ups and downs of caffeine. I have been pleased that it has been working. Now with the addition of Cordyceps Sinensis I have not only felt increased energy but I also seem to be less hungry through out the day. It has a lovely chocolate fragrance, no particular taste but I am drinking it hot without any additional flavorings. So the taste must be ok. Over all I am very pleased with the quality of this product and feel a am achieving the results that I want.

I am very thrilled with the product so far. Granted I do mix it with coffee, but I have noticed more energy than just standard coffee, and I feel more focused with this product, and my workouts are great. I highly recommend this item, and definitely will continue to buy in the future.
