First, I've grown African Violets for years. And I love what this does for my African Violets. I currently have one fully grown African Violet, and am growing 6 new plants. The whole reason why I had the confidence to grow 6 new plants was because of the results i saw in my one, now vibrantly healthy African Violet. I've never seen leaves this beautifully green. And as the plant grows, I can see the older leaves, pre-Espoma fertilizer, and then the leaves with the Espoma fertilizer. The contrast is impressive. I got a first flush of flowers, now my plant is resting, and now I have a ton of buds forming again. It's going to explode in blooms soon. The 6 African Violet plants I'm starting are from leaves (for those unaware, that's one way to propagate new plants), and I'm using this fertilizer as well. I can tell all the leaves (which are now potted) have an impressively-established root system, and soon I'm expecting 6 new plants to burst forth with leaves. I'm loving this fertilizer. Yes, it has a smell, but I also don't stand over the bottle and sniff it. ; ) Everyone has a different nose, so if you're sensitive, some do find this bothersome. With me, the smell goes away once I dilute the liquid. And I don't inhale near the bottle when it's open. I'll continue buying this fertilizer. So far, it's the best I've found. I like very much that the contents (from what understand) also build the solid quality. That's vital for plant and soil health. Well done, Espoma!

The key to keeping African Violets blooming is a good fertilizer. This fertilizer was a fraction of the cost and is the perfect mix to encourage blooms. Easy to use, I apply bi-weekly.

I don't know how this compares to others, however it has really helped. I read up that I could make it up in advance and water every time with this mixture. It hasn't stopped blooming and is super healthy.

This did take some time to arrive. So far I have not noticed any large blooms.

I really dont know if this fertilizer is any better than my regular one, but you dont get much for your money if you compare the actual numbers to others and based on the amount you need to use. Aside from that i do realize it is organic which some people may prefer. BUT it is not convenient to use, easy to over pour, and the cap drips when you put it back on the bottle. What bothers me most is it stinks... and every drip causes a big smell, and even after washing my hands, they still smell from the small drips i got on them. I will not buy this again, not worth the Organics.

My African violets we're definitely looking puny – yellowing leaves, few blooms! I swear that after only a few days of Incorporating this food In the water I use to bottom feed, the leaves turned a nice green and they are happily kicking out the flowers!
