I don’t know if it’s the quality of the ingredients, but this is the only product that helped me restore my natural sleep rhythm. It doesn’t cause dependence; it feels more like it gently “teaches” your body to feel sleepy again. I still take it occasionally, on nights when I suspect I might have trouble falling asleep, and it works beautifully, and tastes delicious, too. My only recommendation is to follow the advice to take it a little while before bedtime; that way you get the best effect and it’s gentler on your stomach. If it works this well for me as an adult, I can only imagine how great it must be for kids. I recommend it above any other dose or brand.

This works good. I only used it once so far but it seemed to start working within the half hour. I found my toddler lying on the floor because she usually gets up before bed and runs around the house. I think the drowsy just hit. No side effects. She did stir and wake up in the middle of the night though, which was usual. Then quickly went back to sleep. I’m planning to use it on the plane if needed.
