I felt like I had better sleep. If I woke up during the night, I would fall back to sleep a lot easier. But after being on it for a week, I would feel tired during the day. I didn’t like that. It’s something I can’t use on regular basis. I did help my muscles feel more relaxed. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t work as I had anticipated.
