Alright in quality, Inconsistent in function
The product is alright with it's quality, good even. but works inconsistently. Stop working at times and then suddenly starts working.

Quality product and Best Support
The quality of product is great. It's a value for money product. The only problem I had was with the arm stand. It got damaged after a few months. But, the customer care promised to refund full amount. The support team was very responsive and communication was easy.

Value for Money!
I have been using this mic from 4-5 months now and quality of product is good in this price range. It is very sensitive mic and captures any sound from the table and it can be annoying for some people (That's why gave 4 stars). Sound quality is fine at this price. This mic is easy to setup. If you are looking mic for YouTube videos or Live stream just go for it and according to me this is the best mic at this price.

The mic doesn't work.
The mic doesn't work. It connects and all. But the output of the sound is not even 5%. Tried all settings but it doesn't work. Now have ordered for a compulsory replacement. If this replaced product works, it's fine. Otherwise I will just order something else.
