36" Floral Lace Embroidery Guipure Fabric Wedding Bridal Dress Clothing (White)

I am working on an ethnic Dutch costume from the late 19th century. I wanted a good lace to make the cap with & this is absolutely lovely. The pattern is just right & the texture is lovely. Not at all stiff like most fabric-store lace. It's going to make a great addition to the costume when everything is finished.

Item is beautiful but arrived damp and had a really strong chemical smell that is still very strong.

Good quality and yet soft and flexable

This is a beautiful piece of lace. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the following issue. When I opened my package it was damp. There was a slight smell. I put it out in the sunshine for most of the day, and the smell went away. The sun didn't affect the lace in any way. So, if you have any problems with smell, give this method a try before you return it.

Absolute trash. There was a large hole in the fabric, rough cut and frayed edges. Not to mention it smelled like straight chemicals.
