We purchased a pack of size-label rolls, and upon checking, we found that 10 out of the 7 rolls were already used before being delivered to us. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable from a seller on Amazon. We paid the full amount and expected to receive new, unused products—not items that appear to have been previously used by someone else. Please be cautious when purchasing labels from Blackdreams; the quality we received was cheap, used, and far below expectations.
