My daughter is only 17.5lbs and 31” tall, will the 1-2t fit her?

I think it would be to big for her...my granddaughter weighs about 40 lbs and the 4-5 isn't as snug as it should be.

size 5/6 may be a little tight, and size 6/7 may be a little big for her. the leotard is very stretchy. you could try size 6/7, if it did not fit, you could return it.

My daughter is 9 and weighs 120 pounds, she is very tall, usually wears a 14/16 in clothes. What size should i buy?

I doubt the 10 would fit since she is so tall. This leotard is definitely a “creeper”. Try teen sizes or adult small for her size.

How long is the inseam?

I bought the 1T/2T for my 16 month old granddaughter and it hits her just a bit above the knee.
