US Stove MH8 Miracle 8" Heat Reclaimer , Black

I have a wood stove in my basement that has a blower attached that is ducted to upstairs and doesn’t leave a lot of heat in the basement. My plan was to install the heat reclaimer and put some heat back into my basement. I have a 6” stove pipe and I bought a 8” reclaimer for the purpose of trying to get more heat out of it. My plan was successful, heat reclaimer worked as advertised. The blower didn’t move as much air as I was anticipating but still does a good job. It also is not that loud (of course loudness is relative and it is also in an unfinished basement) and I have not had to tinker with it any. I’ve been using this for a month with no issues.Very pleased

As a kid in Alaska,the one we had had 9 exchange tubes, this has 3, heat output related to # of tubes to do complete job. Disappointed.

Very easy to install. Already have used it and works great. I'm running my fireplace and have heated my house up to 83 degrees. Will stay warm throughout the night, where I don't have to wake up freezing. I have not turned on my furnace. Tonight is going to be a good test since we are under a freeze warning, the other times when its been 50- 60 outside.

I ordered this 8 inch model to replace the 6 inch model that is currently installed in my shop. These a incredibly efficient and I love the 6 inch model I have but wanted a 8 inch model so I could do away with the reduction in my stove pipe and have 8 inch chimney.upon arrival this unit was dead. The replacement was doa, a third replacement was doa. I gave up. I got a refund and still have my 6 inch one installed. There is only a motor and a plug. Not even a switch... How hard is it to get one that works????

It does the job. Noticeable difference in heat output of the stove. Im happy with it.

We have a wood burning stove and this was exactly what we needed. Ordered and was at our place in a short time.

Its super quiet puts out lots of heat looked everywhere and found it here for way less.

Fan is weak, you can barely feel it moving air through the pipes. It makes a lot of noise when it first starts up.
