I normally wear the other overnight pads with wings and normally use 7 on a good day. I use only 2-3 of these per day. I wear these without fear of leakage. They fit amazing and is super absorbant. I wear them day and night. I even wear them to work. No unsightly bulging. I can rise from a seated position without worrying about my clothing being messed up. I can cough, sneeze, and laugh without fear of causing a big mess, IYKYK...lol. I absolutely LOVE them!!. The one downside for me is that they're scented. I will however take that for the peace of mind and comfort they provide. I've tried another brand that is unscented but the fit is horrible. I will be a repeat customer for these ones. Ok TMI - I have extremely heavy periods with clots. I have always needed to sleep on a towel to prevent leakage onto my bed. Ladies - if this sounds like you - BUY these NOW! They are super comfortable and I sleep peacefully through the night without having to get up multiple times to change a pad. I wish I knew about these sooner!

Highly recommended for post partum moms. Great for after giving birth at the hospital and at home. Have used these for both pregnancies and cannot recommend them Enough. True to size. Easy to put on and you can tear them off. Very absorbent and comfortable

I am 40, two kids, heavy AF flow. I used to layer an extra overnight pad to try to stop leaks. These are it. No more leaks at night, I'm comfortable and confident when I sleep. I wear them during the day at home because why not? Everyone go buy these. I am 5'2", 163 lbs and I wear the large/xl size. They have a light scent which is strong when you open the box. If you don't like that, open the box for a few days and the smell dissipates. I don't mind the scent. When I say game changer, I mean it. These have saved my underwear, sheets and stress.
