Callanetics: Wake Up / Wind Down

Brilliant DVD! I love Callanetics and this DVD makes it super easy to do, even if you think you have no time! There are two routines, one for the morning and one for the evening. They are about 20 minutes each. Easy to follow but still challenging and they leave you feeling great. I'll still do a full Callanetics DVD alongside this one though. But this one is perfect for when you are short on time but still want results. Love it! The presenter is great. She is fresh and enthusiastic. Good explanations of the exercises. It's suitable for both men and women. They have two guys in the DVD. I can see this DVD becoming a favorite with me.

I really like this video. i used it for the first time this morning. I thought it was going to be easy. But, for me it wasn't. But, I enjoyed it. I feel good. All limbered up and everything.

Short and easy to do in the morning and evening. Great addition to other workouts and wonderful for days when other workouts aren't possible.

Good but just use callanetics basis and save yourself some money.

What a fantastic DVD ! I really felt the burn in the workout and felt completely brilliant by the end. Have used the DVD many times now and I'm really seeing the effects!

By the time I finished the morning session, I did not feel as though I had done a thorough workout. Pulsating for 75 times on each pose was not gratifying. If anything I found myself more tense and not invigorated. Plus, it was just too short. There were no stretches before and afterwards either.

I absolutely love this exercise routine. A morning and late afternoon or early evening low stress stretches to keep you range of motion in good shape is great. Each time is only 20 minutes and you can do them at any age. The benefits to these exercises are tremendous. The DVD came within a few days after the release date.

Heard so much about callanetics, thought I would try it. Love it. Highly recommend the dvd.
