I have had five of these fitted in my house in 2019. Three have let me down. The product works okay, however, the batteries only last five to six months in three of them. The plumber replaced one when it started playing up, he changed to a Honeywell product. I changed another myself and am going to have to change a third. I have tried contacting SALUS but they are hopeless. No response to emails and failing to return phone calls.
