I’ve used absolute collagen and ancient and brave in the past; absolute works well but is expensive and tastes really unpleasant so I thought I’d look for an alternative so tried this brand; it’s a bigger “dose” than absolute but tastes so much better and is easier to take as well as it’s not as thick of a liquid. After a month of taking my skin looks good and my hair is growing really well-very happy, will continue with free soul.

I used these for a while a year ago or so and they tasted ok with a bit of an after fish taste so always had a glass of blackcurrant ready to help with that aftertaste. Have just got my first box again and have gone to subscription to save me from frequently forgetting to reorder. I think the blackcurrant flavouring must have been increased or my taste buds have changed! Don’t need a blackcurrant juice chaser any longer and no aftertaste. I have previously tried a variety of collagen products, both in powder and tablet form, and have found Free Soul's product to be the most effective. My skin appears and feels more hydrated and soft (having struggled with recurring dry skin issues after accutane treatment) and my hair is now growing quicker, healthier and is softer. The sachet form is easy to travel around with and the flavour is also pretty good. I take this daily now alongside Free Soul's apple cider vinegar gummies which has helped my gut (taken now daily for 9 months straight). Love the products and can't recommend them enough! You see results fairly quickly too!

I tried this and apart from being quite strong, I have to have it diluted, it does work. My skin is softer and more supple and not as dry as previous. The only thing that annoys me is when it’s delivered its not packaged at all and came in the box with just an address sticker on the front. Hardly very private.

I cannot comment on results yet as I have only recently started taking free soul marine collagen. I was recommended Absolute Collagen so have been using that but as this has been compared favourably to it and free soul was on offer I thought I would give it a go . I gave it the 5 stars for flavour which is more palatable than the absolute collagen . The sachets have the same dose of collagen 8g but also contains keratin and is more of a liquid than a gel so is more pleasant to swallow. Delivery was great .

I normally had no issues with this product. I recieved it on tkme and the the delivery was great. I recieved mynltest batch July 2024. I took one out, the small packet was "swollen". I didn't think much of it. The first sip was very sour, like it was off! I checked the other packets inside ans they were all ready to pop. I had to bin them!

Definitely one of the best liquid collagen relatively good value for money but I just found I’ve just couldn’t keep up with the cost of the liquid sachets which is a real shame as I feel that they are better than powders but I’ve had to move back to powders for economic reasons which is a real shame but if you’re looking for a cheap alternative to absolute collagen, this is the one
