Great clock radio- My least favorite thing is the color of the clock face (it’s blue) because it lights up the room even when on a dim setting. My favorite thing about this clock is the ability to change the brightness of the face with a dial rather than just a couple different settings so it can go from very bright down to being almost unseen. I also like that the alarm can be set to turn on to radio, piano music, and birds chirping, among others. It’s small, lightweight, has battery backup option, decent sound, and is easy to turn on/off.

The clock I was replacing had everything I loved. It had dual alarms & I could set the alarms for my work week & my weekends. I could choose between the radio or alarm sounds. It had a large "snooze" button. I could dim the face so it wasn't lighting up my whole bedroom as well. The one feature it had that I really didn't care about was that I could talk to it to set the time, alarms, etc. That's a great feature, when it works properly. Mine went haywire & all of a sudden someone is telling me to set the time or asking me to set the alarm. When you live by yourself & you start hearing loud voices when you think your alone, is quite startling! hahaha When I saw this clock & read the mostly good reviews, I decided to take the plunge. I LOVE THIS CLOCK! It has the small footprint, I can dim the face light way down. Even so you can't see it at all. It has the dual alarms & the option of weekday/weekend settings, FM radio or alarm sounds, a large snooze button & something my old clock didn't have....it tells you the temp of the room & it has two USB ports. It has everything you could want & more. I agree with the other reviewers, that setting the radio stations was confusing. But, after playing around with it, I finally figured it out. It helps to read the directions fully before tackling that feature. They are a bit fuzzy, but eventually, I got it. I love that it has the battery back up as well. Can't leave that out, if you live in an area where you lose power for a few seconds on a regular basis like I do. My old clock was probably better quality as far as materials that it was made with, but for the price, you can't beat it. I got it thru the Prime Lightening Deals, so I didn't pay full price for it either. I don't expect it to last 15 years, but if I get a good 5...that's how many years til I retire, I'll be a happy camper. Take a chance on this little gem. You won't be sorry.

This clock has many great features. I really like being able to set the brightness level and the fact that the clock is small but the numbers are large. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and in large enough print that I didn't need a magnifying glass to read them. There is battery backup in case of a power outage. You have several options for the alarm tone or you can wake to the radio. One of my favorite thing is the dial you use to set the time. Instead of pushing a button numerous times (and many more if you accidentally go past the target number) you just turn the dial either way. I would have given this five stars but for a couple of things. The button you push to turn off the alarm is right next to several other buttons of the same size and shape (would like it to be larger or in a different place). The second issue was the FM radio. If you select the auto tune the clock picks the first 30 stations that come in clearly - in my case it didn't get to my 3 favorites. I didn't want to do manual tuning because you only get to select one station. I finally ran auto tune in an area that didn't get as good reception and it picked up two of my favorites. You could probably do the same thing by bunching up the antenna as long as your favorite stations have a strong signal.

I only purchased this because I read all the good reviews. My much larger clock radio of many years finally bit the dust and I'm thrilled with this replacement. Yes, it is very small but such an improvement over what I thought was a pretty good previous device . We always wake to the radio and I sometimes had reception problems with my previous clock/radio. Couldn't believe that the station I always use came in clear as a bell having just stretched out the little cord antenna from its wound up position in the box. I was concerned about this because I was always having to adjust the antenna from my previous clock/radio to get decent reception. Everything is so simple to do on this little goodie ... yes one needs to check the instructions and follow them in the beginning but all is very clearly explained and apparently there is an instruction video from what it shows in the instruction booklet if one wants to check this out ... I didn't. For daytime this radio can be very bright and clear or dimmed as much as desired for night time by winding up or down the little dimmer switch in back. Like so many, I also love that this little device takes up so little room on my night stand, has two alarms that can be set, and it's so easy to set the time and alarms once one checks out the instructions. My only concern would be that the display might go missing parts as was the experienc of around 3 of the reviewers, but the Company sounds great and I think they all got replacements. I think I read that it's at least a year that the Co. will replace a defective product and it might be longer but, hopefully, a problem would show up in that time frame and the Company sounds from the reviewers to be very responsive. Lots of reviews to wade through on this little "guy" and most, like me, are very pleased with this relatively inexpensive clock/radio. If you're on a budget like a lot of us, I'd say go for it as I think this is a great bang for your buck!

The story: received the clock in February and was very happy with the design and quality. Particularly the large, dimmable display and also the clear sound and reception on the radio (we live at the base of a large escarpment, so this has always been a problem). Then two and a half months later, the device started to glitch out on its own. I deduced (I have some electronic test gear) that it must be the inside solder joint at the power jack. I emailed the service support from the brochure for help to fix and they immediately, and cheerfully explained that they would send me a new unit, no need to return anything. And that if had any more problems with the device in the future, to contact them again. Three days later, a new unit arrived and it worked fine... for three days. Then it was the same story. Completely stopped working. So, as they suggested, I contacted them again --- this time for a full refund. It's a nice design -- it just needs to work. Still, they deserve a star for not fighting about a refund after the second unit failed too. UPDATE: August 2022 Shortly after the second unit died, and I promptly received a full refund, the company contacted me with the news that they had found the power supply problem and corrected it. Then they sent me one of these revised units and it's been running solid and well for a few months now. I like the units compact size (my night stand has a lot of stuff on it!) and good clear numerals, AND -- even though it means a small external wire antenna, this radio is the only one I could find that picks up my favourite station clear as a bell. (I love at the bottom of a large ridge which makes reception very tricky). I have to say that the company's prompt, polite and persistent customer service really blew me away. Courteous, interested in my feedback, and they did not rest until I was fully happy with the product. I definitely would buy from or recommend this company to other buyers. Service like this with online purchasing is (in my experience) very exemplary and worthy of continued support.

Bit fiddly to set-up but doable. Power adaptor has a two pin US plug and no adaptor, very irritating.
