I take the five tablets after a meal and they do not upset my stomach, you can feel them dissolving quickly. Lets not forget the added FIBER. As we get older fiber is a neccessity. I was so pleased the first time I used them I purchased two bottles the second time around. I have wasted time and $ trying to find the right Calcuim tablets, not anymore. I just hope they stay on the market.

I mix doses of this with doses of my normal magnesium sulfate, alternating this on non gym days, and the other on gym days to aid in recovery (it has zinc in it). very good product, results may vary, please consider talking to a doctor before trying this as an option, i brought the research to my doctor and talked to him and he agreed to let me try, and told me how to dose it.

People think this is baloney, but I am here to tell you, as a child and grandchild of very anxiety-prone people, magnesium supplements have changed my life. It takes 4-6 weeks to notice a change, but I suffered terrible anxiety since puberty, and 45 years later was completely freed of it, by these pills. I can't swear it will work in every case, but I make sure I always have a supply with me, because of the amazing peacefulness I now enjoy. Wikipedia says the maximum recommended dose is about 250 mg. a day, but these are obviously much higher dosages. So I try to stay hydrated, to flush out anything that might cause kidney stones, for example.

I've been taking these for years and my bones are very strong. Caution: Doctors are telling us to possibly reduce our intake of calcium, so you should look up that information as to dosage. The magnesium is a big plus, I believe.

I have never had an allergic reaction to magnesium until I took this product. It arrived yesterday (11 March), and I took two of the five recommended dosage tablets. Broke out in hives and a serious allergic action. I am not sure why this happened. I had to make an appointment to see a doctor. I have taken magnesium all my life and never had this happen to me.
