It is extremely sturdy, the handles are awesome and it gave her the confidence she needed when she was getting potty trained to sit on a high toilet. Bought this stool after 1 week of potty training and it made ALL the difference! She was a pro after this. It’s way better than a lower, less study stool without handles that just wasn’t working for us. My sinks are ADA accessible and these stairs are not high enough for a 1 year old. Some of our two year olds still cannot reach the sink. most can. So it somewhat defeats our intended use. If the top step was just like 3 inches higher it would be perfect. Very cost efficient compared to what else is out there.
