These work amazingly for me. My sleep and stress had been poor. I started taking these because my husband got a free sample jar at work and gave it to me. After a few weeks my Garmin fitness watch (which measures my sleep) went from “poor sleep” to “good-great sleep”! I take 3 gummies per day and am about to buy my 3rd jar of these.

I've been taking this product for almost 2 weeks now. Almost right away I started to sleep better and felt my body beginning to slow down.

I deducted 2 stars for two reasons (1) the amount of sugar (2) the taste is way too strong and unpleasant. It says apple cinnamon flavor but I taste strong ginger. The taste is so bad that I can’t reorder this flavor even though taking 3 gummies did give a calming effect, good sleep quality, the texture is good and my mood was better the next day. What good are the benefits if they taste too awful for me to take them.

This stuff is great. I get to sleep with no problems without these, but i do tWake up at night... these put me to sleep until the morning 🫠 i take 4 or 5 b4 going to sleep. Usualy kicks in 15 to 30 mins and GN BRO🫡

I didnt know if there was a flavor to choose, but NO regrets here. Flavor is a treat to look forward to before bed time. I've only been on it for a week. However, I've experienced a sense a tranquility and drifting off to sleep I never had. Cant wait to wake up with more energy and calmness at once. My nutritionist asked me to give it at least 6 weeks for full effects. So happy so far! 😉

Very disappointed in this product; it’s very sugary and doesn’t do a thing to help stress. Get the Calm ASAP capsules, instead.
