EDIT AGAIN: I bought another one and it stopped working after about 20 uses. The seller won’t respond to any communication once again. So disappointing. The price dropped again but it shouldn’t be more than $20 for the quality at this point. :( EDIT: The wiring has malfunctioned so it's not working anymore. It's still under the 2-year warranty (I've had it for 10 months) and the seller is not responding. I still recommend the tooth tray because it does work. Just be aware that the 2-year warranty doesn't seem to apply. The price has come down $30 since I bought it so I guess that's a plus. I’ve been using a red light tooth tray for years with great success. I feel like it keeps my teeth white and helps keep my teeth super healthy & clean. My goal is to stay out of the dental office as much as possible and the red light and lifestyle habits have made it possible. I was buying from a different seller on Amazon and the trays would not last long at all. I took care of them as directed but the lights would start going out in a short amount of time. When I contacted the owner, she would try and blame me instead of taking ownership for a poor quality product. At the time it was the only red light tooth tray available so I kept buying them. When I saw a new seller, I was so excited to try out their product. I bought one for myself and it’s been working for over a year without any lights going out! Yay! I bought one for my daughter and it must have been defective because I few lights went out almost immediately BUT when I contacted the seller they quickly sent a replacement one! There have been no problems with the replacement one. So thankful for a better quality product & the excellent customer service! Don’t waste your time with the other company-it’s a headache and a waste of time & money! Do invest in the red light tooth tray because it truly is a wonderful tool to keep your gums and teeth healthy in a non-invasive manner.

The spot where the wire connects to the mouth piece is poorly designed and will break after a few weeks to a few months of use, or even less time if handled roughlyI find this unacceptable. Unfortunately, it is one of the only red light mouth pieces of its kind on the market, so even after it breaks I buy another one. Other similar mouth pieces are either more expensive, or don't connect to my phone. They need to redesign it so it doesnt constantly break where I know it will because I have purchased so many of them and they always break right there.

Too bad. It's a good concept. But I was able to return the first one. Very carefully and gently used the replacement. But it has the same weakness- the area where the USB's connect develops a short. Since I can't return it I may attempt to take it apart. Save your money.

This item broke on me within the stated two year warranty. I contacted the seller several weeks ago and received NO response. This item is same as the original (not the newer) TAL's unit and worked well upon receipt, however, most of the LED's no longer work. I was careful not to get the cord wet as stated.

So happy to find this red light mouth piece. Bought two of the competitors (TALS) and had a horrible experience, devices did not last a few weeks. TALS customer service was worse than the product. This Schendlers red light oral device has been amazing, so happy we found this, have been using them regularly and have had no problems. Buy this Great product! In my opinion TALS should be avoided at all cost.

I can feel this working on my teeth and gums and now don’t want to be without it! Love this product!!

I've used it for a few weeks, about 15 min session before bed. It is very comfortable and easy to use.

Wanted to give this a chance to work so I have missed my return window. The USB connector wire is broken and returning now impossible. This was treated carefully, so there is no excuse for failure considering the price of this unit. Wires are not sturdy.

Hurt my teeth at first, obviously fighting an infection or gum problem but my teeth gyms feel much better now

Unlike other red light therapy devices, this one does not emit warmth and therefore I’m not a believer it has any therapeutic benefits.
