Dell KM5221W Pro Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo, Programmable Keys and Battery Indicator Light - Black

Bought 6 months ago and never used as we accidentally purchased the American layout. Old keyboard and mouse finally gave out so decided to give it a go and get used to it. Mouse has scrolling issues straight out the box, scrolls up one then down once so practically unusable

I bought this to use with a Macbook and monitor. I probably should have bought an Apple product. The keys don't match the Mac keyboard which is really frustrating as I have lots of shortcuts set up for the 3d modeling tool I use. I was hoping I could use the Mac's built-in Bluetooth to connect it but no, I had to use the USB dongle provided. Of course, new Macs don't have old USB ports so I have to use an adaptor. The keyboard also feels very 'clunky' to use - don't know how else to describe it. I've never made so many typos. The mouse is super lightweight and feels flimsy. This set might be good for occasional use but not day-long intense work.

Keep clear from this model. I had nothing but trouble with the mice. Keyboard seems OK. Worked OK to begin with then files I was working on kept on being asked to be deleted and text was randomly deleting itself. Googled it and apparently it is a common problem with their wireless keyboards and mice. People with similar issues had to revert back to wired connections or they bought logitech.

Just got it and so far it is great. I have been using a Logi K545 and I hate it. Every time I use it I swear I'm going to throw it in the garbage. The keys are so sensitive that that add any key you hit or even brush against. Takes longer to correct the errors than it does to type something. The new Dell is so smooth and so quiet no key clicking at all. BUT IT! Hook up was a breeze, add batteries, included, put dongle in USB port and turn on the keyboard and mouse, that is it. Using Windows 11. UPDATE With in a few days two of the keys stuck down, the 3 and 6. Have asked for a replacement we will see how that one works. Took away 4 starts. Cancelled the replacement too long to deliver it. Now waiting for refund!!!!!! SECOND update Received my refund everything worked out would do business with them again put 4 starts back.

After 6 months, mouse and keyboard stopped working & i called dell for replacement. Dell team said, they will help, but they needed serial number, and surprisingly, i checked my keyboard and mouse and there were no serial number, i was fooled and i got fraud device.

My rabbits got on my desk accidentally and chewed off the rubber cover on my mouse wheel and lost some keyboard keys so I had to replace both. Good thing they are cute! This product is perfect for my AIO desktop, USB receiver was plug and play and I had everything working in 2 minutes. I also love that they provide Duracell batteries for both items, not cheap, generic brand ones that will die quickly. A really nice touch that I appreciate as a heavy daily Photoshop and Lightroom user with probably more than the average mouse and keyboard clicks.
