Update: stopped working for jio sim. Either the operator restricted the internet access from a device that is not jio based or the dongle.had issues moderating the network signal that claimed to be true 5g. Anyway not useful to me. Just bought. Works woth Jio Sim as well. Not big tough to setup, just follow the pamphlet. Also included sim adapter amd useful as the dongle accepts only big sims. You should ensure you correctly insert the sim. Light indicators are very good. Can connect multiple devices as wifi as well. Speed also good and really not bad. Only 4g. Will update any after long usage. Go for it if you ok with 4g speed.

About the such nonsense items like Melbon 4G wireless USB Dongle: I hv purchase the such nonsense items in the above site for providing me a good one but I have suck. When I hv connect it nothing can happen as per instructions given by the Wifi Adaptor company i.e Melbon 4G after using the different SIM. In this connection I hv al so check my network at a different places and time as per instructions, but nothing can happen. In this conclusion Melbon 4G is a fake company who is playing with our emotions and believe with Amazon.in and I suggest to all no one purchase the such items and also request to Amazon.in for supplying a good one before verifying the dealers. Nice product

"Works fine, but SIM compatibility can be an issue" Easy to use, plug & play setup. Decent speed for basic browsing. But not all SIMs work properly, and build quality could be better. Good for light use only.

After using nearly one month I am writing this review.Initially I have ordered one product which was faulty(not getting the signal) then raise a concern for replacement. Replacement has been done timely manner but after 10 days later, on all a sudden showing no signal and the dongle is hot. Not getting any helpline number for warrenty from company.Tried to registered for warrenty in site but failed.Now the device is useless, totally wastage of money.

First delivered device was faulty and didn't detect the sim at all, got the replacement but used one.. SSID and wifi password was set manually on old user name... They didn't even did the reset simply sent but the device was working and got the moderated internet speed around 5 to 7Mbps where on mobile with same network strength 8 get 10 to 12 Mbps... For emergency or backup need you can use it ... Durability and warranty support is no way...
