I amso happy with these scissors! I needed embroidery scissors that fit my fat thumb and these are perfect! They are very sharp, easy to maneuver, and lightweight so my my doesn't tire easily. The only thing i would ask for improvement is a very pointy point; these are somewhat blunt.But they are so gorgeous that i smile every time i use them!

Nice and sharp! Perfect for needle work

I'm a guy and I cross stitch (I know shocker, right?) and had a pair of those tiny snippers that look like a bird (crane?) because they stayed so sharp and had very pointy tips (great for carefully removing an incorrect stitch) but the holes are really small.These are just as good, just as sharp and pointy, and have a very professional quality metal carving just before it turns into the sharp part. The holes are *so* much larger that I can actually fit my thumb in! Oh and the sheaths are nice too. Less likely to stab yourself if you put them in a travel bag hahaha 😂Larger fingered folk? These are the thread snippers I recommend!
