Commercial Door Lever Lock-Heavy-Duty Locking Door Handle-Entrance (Keyed Alike)

The Lever Handle Lock with Schlage Cylinder is hard to beat at this price point. Heavy steel construction along with well crafted security screws and everything one expects from quality commercial hardware.However, the best thing about it is the customer service that comes with it. I received this hardware yesterday afternoon, didn’t realize the door I was installing it on had a 2 3/8 backseat instead of the normal 2 3/4 backseat for commercial doors. I liked the hardware so much that rather than send it back, I contacted Lynn Hardware to just by chance see if they had a 2 3/8 latch for this hardware. They responded to my email within minutes, told me they had it, and after a couple back and forth emails with Brian, I completed the transaction around 4:30 PM yesterday and my part was overnighted to me last night and I just finished installing it at Noon today. Hardware works great, customer is happy and I’m satisfied. A big shoutout to Brian and the folks at Lynn Hardware.

This lock is well made. Installation was easier than most. The storeroom configuration worked perfect for my need of all the time unlocked on one side and key access on the exterior. Highly recommend this brand. I used it commercially.

I bought one in late 2023 it lasted about 3/4 months before it started failing and locking people out on its own it was past return period figured I just got a bad unit so I bought another one in January of 2024 it is now March 2024 it lasted about the same amount of time and started doing the same thing locking the door on its own I have probably changed 50 or 60 similar handles and have never seen this happen once let alone twice I will be getting a deferent handle this time around

Arrived timely, was well packaged, and exactly what I expected. I erroneously assumed that my lock would fit a standard pre-drilled door and hadn’t considered the length of the latch. My door was drilled for a 2 3/8" installation and my lockset had the latch for a 2 ¾” installation. I emailed Lynn Hardware and Brian immediately responded and sent a 2 3/8” latch the same day. I was delighted with the quick response and Brian’s professionalism. Awesome customer service and the lock is of high quality. Highly recommend.

Just about everything was good….except: ordered two handsets, selected ‘keyed alike’ but received two different keyings. Such a simple thing to get right, hard to give five stars. The customer didn’t say anything, but it will be inconvenient and I know I’d be disappointed. Not fun to leave a job like that.

I have several commercial locations and have to replace locksets due to various reasons. Due to the current shortages all my other sources are a month or more out. So I took a chance on this item. I was not to happy when I opened the first box and it looked like a used unit. After checking, most everything I needed was there. It was a new unit but I think it was returned. So I opened my second unit and it was fine. They appear comparable to the Schlage locks I have been using. They do use the Schlage keys so you can rekey them if necessary. Installation was the same as Schlage and was no problem. They are heavy units and should stand up to heavy use in a commerical setting. I will be checking them over the next year.

Arrived perfectly and was exactly what I wanted. However, I didn't yet have the door it was to go onto and didn't give a second thought to the backset issue of either the lockset or the door. Door was 2 3/8" and lockset was 2 3/4". I emailed Lynn Hardware and Brian immediately responded and sent a retrofit the same day. I was so pleased and amazed.Next mistake on my part was to somehow lose the inside mounting plate during the construction project. Again, Brian dropped a replacement in the mail the same day. I can't say enough good things about Brian and Lynn Hardware.
