These weights are great for Aqua fit they have toned up my arms already in my Aqua fit class, now others from the class are ordering.They are very strong and not flimsy so should last a long time.

No hagan caso de los comentarios que dicen que están muy pequeños, yo soy de dedos gruesos y me quedaron muy bien. Si los recomiendo si apenas vas empezando en aquaerobics; si ya tienes algo de condición física, quizás no generen la suficiente resistencia en el agua.

I am using it to decompress my leg joints in deep water while getting upper body workout with the weights....bad hips and knees and this helps alot to help.
