If the adhesive does not stick try using a skin prep like Benzoin tincture compound ?
They look good ,Have not had a need to test them but they should work well .

Great To Have On Hand!
I have 4 boys and keep a box of these butterfly bandages on hand. They are a great size and super easy to use.

Sticky
Definitely sticky, a little too good for delicate tearable skin, but good for everyone else

Great if you cant get stitches
These are great to keep a wound closed so it can heal, especially if you live far from a doctor and arent able to get stitches. As long as the wound is sanitized.

An Excellent First Aid Kit Addition
Living in Ecuador has many benefits, but access to good first aid supplies isn’t always available. We brought some butterfly bandages in the US, but we were down to one. I recently had knee surgery, and when my stitches were removed, one small part of my incision opened up a bit. We used that one bandage to close the incision, and I immediately ordered a box of 100 to have on hand because our pharmacist told us the butterfly bandages were not available anywhere in Ecuador. So we feel more secure knowing we have these on hand in the event one of us or a neighbor needs a wound closure.

You need these in your go bag.
You buy these hoping to not need them. My hiking partner fell, hit some rocks, and ended up with a wide and deep cut on the head that obviously required stitches. My first aid kit had bandages and Band-Aids, but nothing for a deep injury with lots of blood. I used a few Band-Aids , a bandage, and lots of tape and it sort of stopped the bleeding. A passing hiker gave us some of these and we were able to hike out and get to a hospital with minimal blood loss. I now carry 40 of these in my first aid kit, enough that I can share a handful and not worry about it.

Not very sticky
They are not very sticky, they come off very easily. Other brands are much better.
