I have to say when I received them I thought they were cute but was unsure because they seemed flimsy compared to what I had. My Electrician installed them today. I mentioned that they seemed cheap. He told me that fixtures are no longer heavy these days and he would prefer hanging them because they are so much easier to install. He installed three and I love them. It was broad daylight and I kept telling him to leave them on. Worth the money. I've made some good purchases on Amazon and this was one of them.

THIS PRODUCT ADVERTISED AS THIS ILLUMINUS, ULTIMATE LIGHTING FOR ANY ROOM, DIDN'T EVEN LIGHTEN THE CEILING, DO THESE PEOPLE REALIZE HOW MUCH YOU MUST GO THROUGH TO INSTALL A LIGHT CEILING FIXTURE & THEN FOR IT NOT TO WORK?!! OF COURSE YOU GET FREE RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS, HOWEVER, ALL THE INSTALLATION & PREP WE HAD TO DO. WE HAD TO DRILL 2 ADDITIONAL HOLES IN THE BRACKET TO MAKE IT FIT OUR CEILING WIDTH, BECAUSE THE OLD LIGHT FIXTURE WAS PROBABLY 5", THIS ONE WAS 9.5", SO WE HAD TO DRILL 2 MORE HOLES IN THE BRACKET TO ACCOMADATE A 5" CEILING OPENING. AMAZON ASSISTANT, LIKE "OH. NO PROBLEM, WE CAN RUSH YOU OUT A REPLACEMENT". LADY, SPEAK FOR YOURSELF, THAT IS A PROBLEM, YOU GONNA COME HERE & UNINSTALL THIS & PUT THAT ONE BACK UP? AND WHERE THE HECK IS THE REMOTE CONTROL??! THEY SO LOVELY ADVERTISED IN THE HIGH CLASSRED VIDEO TO GET YOU TO BUY IT. AND ONE REVEIWS STATES HIS LASTED 7-10 MONTHS. NO BULB REPLACEMENT? THAT WOULD MEEN YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT BACK DOWN!!!!! OMG!! THIS ORNAMENTS MADE OVERSEAS TOO?
