Not Vanilla Almond, It’s Classic Vanilla Flavoured
One star less as I ordered for Vanilla almond flavoured but I received classic vanilla , no almond flavour . Otherwise ok

Not enough protein
If you want something to taste good and help balance your hormones then go for this. But the protein in this product is abysmally low which makes sense given the price. Go for Gytree or other brands if you are serious about your protein intake though. This is not it for me. Love the HERBALANCE from Oziva for hormone balance, that's better than this.

Even though i dont have pcos still this producf is helpful in periods
This product is helpful even if you don’t have pcod as it will help in mensurational cramps and also manage weight.
