Just got the watermelon.. flavor if great, it mixes well and it did raise my ketone levels. I used keto mojo blood test strips, measured before and after drinking, ketones jumped from 1.4 to 1.8. I hadn't eaten in over 4 hours so pretty confident this stuff helps. I haven't had it long enough to notice energy or appetite suppression but so far so good.

It does have a great taste, comparable to a watermelon jolly rancher. It is a bit overly sweet, but nothing that adding more water can't fix. Mixes very well in my shaker cup. I gave four stars because it does help curb my appetite, especially doing intermittent fasting, but as energy boost goes, not impressed. Over all though, it is affordable compared to others and is decent in taste and quality of product.

Ordered this and peach flavor and they are not sweet. I'm on keto and drink cold drinks during the day. I rotate each day from other keto drinks and they are sweet and I don't have to add anything to them. This brand for some reason that I use to be able to buy at Walmart in a different box has changed and now I have to add some keto syrup to this in order to make it somewhat sweeter. I don't like real sweet things, only lightly sweet things so hope this gives you an idea how this powder is.

I have to say, i NEVER write reviews...i just buy a lot and it would be a full time job too lol but this here tastes great! Its like a watermelon jollyrancher. I have tried other big brands which are more expensive that i have choked down because it tastes horrible but i didnt want to waste my money. This brand is a delight! Even after 1st packet, the next day i tested my urine with a ketone strip and it was in the moderate level. Works well!
