Angenehm zu tragen direkt am Schmerzzentrum anbringen und die oberen Bänder anbringen nach wohlfühl situation. Ich trage es morgens wenn die Schmerzen am größten sind und bin begeistert, durch den Druck lässt der Scherz sofort nach.
