Much better quality than I expected for the price. I got this for a very reasonable price shortly after Thanksgiving. I bought 2 of them and both ended up being easy to put together (to be fair though my husband has built things his whole life and so it might be more difficult for those who don't have years of experience). They are sturdy and seem to hold together well. These were for our boys room, which is carpeted, so I really appreciated the added wall attachment that will keep them from getting knocked over. Will likely order a third one. Very happy with these!

I ordered four of these in vintage black for my office, and I’m happy with how they turned out. They have a clean simple design that works well in a workspace without feeling bulky, and having multiple units together gives a nice built-in look. Each shelf holds a decent amount, and I’ve been able to use them for a mix of books, decor, and storage items without any issues. They have good stability. And feel stable once assembled, especially with the included anti-tip hardware. Assembly was straightforward as everything was labeled and the instructions were easy to follow. It does take a little time when you’re putting together multiple units, but nothing complicated. For the price I think that these are a great value. They look good, provide a lot of storage, and worked nicely for setting up an organized office space.

This book case was so easy to put together it’s sturdy and doesn’t look cheap at all. It’s easy to move doesn’t scratch easy and cleans easily. It’s light weight but durable

Arrived quickly. Packaged well. The actual product is much darker than what is pictured. (It still looked nice and matched our other furniture better, so not an issue for me). Tools and extra parts included. Easily understood instructions. Assembly time approximately 1hr. Biggest gripe (and only reason for the 4☆ rating) is the freakin' Allen screws and key. I really dont like working with them! Otherwise this is a really good looking, sturdy and spacious bookcase. Would recommend even with the Allen screws.

I would be careful if you are placing it on a carpeted surface though, it may seem a little wobbly if not moved with caution. I am also impressed with the versatility of this bookshelf. It can be used not only as a bookshelf but also as a display shelf for various items such as plants, collectibles, or even aesthetically pleasing cube storage containers. The possibilities are endless, and it adds a stylish and functional touch to my room as well.

Nice book case, easy to install, it's a fair amount thickness, I'm used to real solid wood, but this is nice and will work for what I need it for. All hardware was included, nice and sturdy, great value. Easy to install

I was "worried" this product would be another one of those cheap/low quality bookcases but have been pleasantly surprised! VERY solid bookcases (I ordered 2), and assembly was a breeze! All parts needed for assembly were included, including a small Allen wrench and screwdriver if you don't already have tools like I do. Whatever these are made out of, they are a higher quality than bookcases I've purchased from the major brands in the past. This product is much better and I really liked the finish as well. Would recommend/would buy again.

I wanted a taller bookshelf to store my books in as I do a LOT of reading and this one looked like it would work. The price is lower than what I've seen on others and I'm not rich, so I took a shot at it hoping that it would be serviceable. I am very pleasantly surprised. First off, it arrived two days earlier than expected and was packed very well with the shelf pieces very well protected. The instructions are mostly diagrams with a small amount of wording, but were easy to follow - didn't run into anything that I didn't understand. By myself it took me about two hours to assemble - others may be a bit faster but I wasn't in a hurry and I've messed up things before and had to redo them. The pieces and hardware fit together well - no issues there. It is a taller shelf so I would definitely recommend using the tipover restraint piece included. The construction seems sturdy and I like the fact that the back pieces fit into grooves (not nailed on as you find in other lower cost shelves) and there are also bracers included to install behind the back pieces - first time I have seen that in shelves in this price range. I bought the black shelves and I love the look. These shelves are perfect for storing my books and I can see where they would look great pretty much anywhere. I actually liked it so much that I bought a second one that was also delivered early and had no issues with that one either. All in all, I would say this is a very good item and even moreso considering the price. Very satisfied with this product.

There’s a few reasons I’m so pleased with this purchase. Firstly, customer service was amazing after I was shipped the incorrect colour, I could not be happier with the resolution process. Secondly, the shelf is really good quality! All ends had finished surfaces, instructions were super clear, and I liked that it wasn’t a cheap backing that you nail on after assembly, but rather individual backings (white on both sides) that slot into the wood. It’s made in 2 pieces that attach very nicely, so no ridiculously long pieces. I love the height, and the shelves aren’t too deep, so it’s a great use of space in my opinion. Very happy with my purchase!

Excellent packaging, box got bumped more than a few times during shipping but styrofoam panels handled the shocks, everything inside was impeccable. Most of the hardware, like screws and locks, had an extra one in their respective bags, which is very good. Identification stickers for assembly on planks and panels left a sticky residue when removed but was cleaned easily with alcohol swabs. Like most products of this type you will want to use a small electric screwdriver with an hex bit because the Allen key provided will destroy your fingers. The squishy rubber pads underneath to protect the floor are really thin and if you fill the whole thing with say, books, they will compress to almost nothing so I installed felt protectors from the dollar store instead so as to not scratch my hardwood floor. An L-shaped part is also provided to secure the top to the wall for obvious safety reasons since the bookshelf is thin and pretty tall. Overall quality better than similar from Ikea for example. 4.5 stars

Bought this for my daughter's room and I really like how sturdy it is. It was easy to put together as well. I will say for those that might care the shelves are not adjustable but that didn't bother me.
