Great price for an awesome system. I bought this to replace an already pretty awesome soundbar with a subwoofer. But this is a true surround sound system. What a difference. It puts you right in the middle of the movie. The base is excellent. We have a Roku TV with built-in YouTube and music videos are fantastic with this system. It's extremely loud. I live on a farm and have no neighbors. No way can you turn this to 100 in an apartment or residential neighborhood unless you wanna talk to the police. It's nice they tell you the speaker wire lengths for the front and rear. Make sure you measure your preferred placements before you order. You can not use your own wire to extend the distance. But the included wire length is quite good for most setups. One wire is for the LED lights in each speaker. The built-in lights make the room look awesome. Customer service is excellent. Unfortunately after 8 months the sub-woofer went out. They had no problem replacing it. Got the new one in about 2 weeks. Best way to reach them is by email. Give them 24 hours and they will respond back to your messages. I would definitely buy this again. I have no regrets. I just can't believe it's so inexpensive for what you get.

Wow I am absolutely speechless, this surround system is AMAZING, everything about it i give 5 stars i am soo happy with it, I bought it for myself for my own birthday. After so many days of searching for what I wanted verses what I could afford vs what I probably could do away with in making my final choice to buy this product appeared in my search just right before I had already made a decision on another product. When I saw the price and all of its capabilities ,, the compatibility with all of today's modern tech PLUS THE LED LIGHTS & 10INCH SUBWOOFER WITH BUILT IN AMP & RECIEVER....noo way I thought , can't be , under $300, what's wrong with it lol was my first thought lol then I said must not sound very good, oh well im a believe the reviews and see for myself and spend all the money I was willing to spend on something that to me sounded to good to be true ... I JUST GOT IT THIS MORNING , I SET IT UP BY NOON TIME I WAS WATCHING A MOVIE FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER, THEN BY DINNER I WAS COOKING / JAMMIN TO MY FAVORITE FUNK MUSIC IN THE KITCHEN... WOW 👌 👏 AMAZING..AWESOME, BEAUTIFUL , I AM SO HAPPY I CHOSE TO SPLURGE JUST A LIL AND ALL FOR MYSELF ON MY 46TH BIRTHDAY.. THANK YOU BOB.lol

I installed the system yesterday and I am very pleased. I had a competitive system that pushed 600W and this new one is more than enough at 1200W. I am also very happy with how the ARC/HDMI input worked perfectly well and is completely noiseless at lower volumes. My ONLY complaint, and the reason why I did not provide 5-stars is that there is no individual volume control for each speaker. You can control BOTH front speakers or BOTH surround speakers, but no individual L/R control. This means that, unless you have a perfectly symmetrical setup you cannot adjust for your particular experience. Like I said, not a huge deal, but my other system had it.

So far we are really enjoying this surround sound system! The set up, in my opinion, was typical of most modern set ups which connect to smart t.v.'s. If you have an older television, this system does come with AUX cables to assist you. I like that there are extra connection cords available for future connections. Once set up I enjoyed navigating the remote control and learning about all of the features, to include: Speaker management, bass boosts, microphone use, blue tooth use, etc. As for sound...I love it and am impressed with how it resonates throughout my house. It is loud and clear and definitely powerful!

Bought this unit for the price. Received and within a month the left wireless speaker crackeled. Contacted bobtot, went back and forth through emails and a replacement speaker was sent. Went another 5 months and lost sound on the unit. Contacted bobtot, went back and forth in multiple emails trying different things, never resolved. They sent out a replacement unit. This unit wouldn't connect to the wireless speakers. Contacted them again, emails back and forth, AGAIN. Couldn't resolve the issue. I had to pay for a new one. Received and the SAME SITUATION, the unit won't go to programming mode so no rear speakers. This company has nobody you can get on the phone with, everything is through email and with them being in Asia, everything has to go through email which takes a lot longer than it should. 3 units all faulty. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS. I really wish I read the reviews before buying.

Super easy to set up. Could not believe the sound quality and how good it sounds. Great value for the money, many people didn't believe it was a "cheaper" surround sound.

Bought this about a year and a half ago and started having problems with this unit. Not sure why it quit working but NO longer workes. No sound coming out at all, when I hooked it all back up again NOTHING. It seems to me that when I take out the HDMI plug, I will get sound but the sound is only from the tv speakers. So when I plug the HDMI plug back in to the system and tv, it turns the tv speakers off and NO sound at all. Bought 3 New HDMI cables, it still doesn't work. SOOooooo, all I have for $300.00 is pretty lights from the speakers. IF SOMEONE FROM POLK OR SOMEONE THAT COULD HELP ME TROUBLE SHOOT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT. I REALLY WANT TO GET IT WORKING AGAIN BECAUSE IT SOUNDS REALLY GOOD. SO I WILL GIVE IT 3 STARS TOTAL FOR WORKING AT ONE TIME AND THE LIGHTS. THANK YOU

First set came with a broken speaker. I reached out and was sent a brand new one that worked. This is loud and works great. The lights change colors or dance abd can be solid or off. It looks nice and sounds even better. It would be nice if it was wireless but I still love it. Customer service was great also and it was easy to set up
