The 1 star review was not accurate or fair they did not contact the seller for assistance and I do not blame him for not knowing how to operate the controller it can be very frustrating but they offer excellent assistance. I did contact the seller when I was not able to successfully program the controller and very patiently they explained all to me to operate it easily and have not had a problem since only successes using a jewelry kiln for perfect burnouts and castings... Well worth the cost...
