I get a stiff neck without a foam pillow like this. I used this while backpacking EU. It was a little expensive but it was well worth it. The pillow, pillowcase and carrying case are all high quality. Will be using for all my future travels.

Pros: Pillow is exactly as I expected...is a mini of my full size pillow. Offered support I need. Easy to roll-up and put in travel bag. Perfect for travel. Cons: Case arrived with broken zipper and was not usable. Since is not standard size, I will need to sew my own. I made mistake of not opening before travel (some reviews had me worried would be difficult to get back in case, so I didn't want to open before arrival), so I had no case for entire trip. Also, took day or so for smell to disappear. Tip: Check and air out before travel. Don't worry about getting back in travel bag, is very easy. Update: Seller reached out to me regarding broken zipper and refunded me for the product. Exceptional customer service. I would definitely buy again.

Great travel size. So far so good - will update when I have slept on it - Cheers! UPDATE: I have now slept on it during Sydney's heat wave: 1. I sweated less than usual with this smaller pillow, that's a definitely plus. 2. The size is great, not just for traveling. I swapped it with my big pillow, (same shape) & I had better night sleeps with the smaller size.....again less sweating. 3. Refitting into travel bag was an effort, but at 61, my hands are not like they used to be. My younger self would have had no problem. It eventually did fit nice & secure into the bag. 4. It fits into my carry-on or backpack, whether it's in it's own travel bag or loose & of course, over the handle of the carry-on while it's in it's own little travel bag & can attach it to the backpack with the breakaway strap. That's also a good thing to have, it saves room in either of the bags. 5. The only thing that was not great, was the smell of the pillow - the smell is bad at first (1 star off for that), but like all smells, around it enough, you get used to it enough. Hopefully it will disappear over time. To Sum up: Definite 4 stars - you can't go wrong with this great little travel pillow,. It's good for your neck & great for sweating less on hot nights. I'm only a side sleeper & it's just the size I needed. Cheers!
