Quality was the best and I could properly execute my mind with the decorations but i wish they had included number balloons with all the things also coz i had to buy it separately..

Doesn't contain letters
It doesn't contain the letters, only contains balloons and air pumps. So it is failed to fulfill the purpose.

I set it up a different way and had ordered a couple of other things!But it was absolutely perfectOnly thing missing was one of those balloon connectors but I used string and connected them all.
