My favorite at this price point
I'm a big fan of the 1More Triple, having bought both the regular and Lightning cable version for my son and wife, respectively. To give you a perspective on my point of view, I'm currently rocking the Shure SE-840, having moved on from the Shure SE-535 and Audiofly AF180 IEMs. I also spent a month or so with the Audeze LCD-i3's before moving on to the Shure SE-840's. So, some pretty fine kit, and I guess the point is that although I'd never expect a $100 or so set to equal the pricier stuff, I'm picky about the sound. I got my first set of 1More Triples to replace some Hifiman RE400's that sounded pretty good for a $50 set, but tended to only last about a year before going bad. I tried them out on the morning walk, and I was really surprised out how good they sounded. Clear, well balanced, and fun! I got a phone all on that first walk, and the caller's voice sounded really natural. The other really nice surprise is that this IEM comes with a high quality microphone, so the person on the other end got a nice benefit as well. 1More includes 5 sets of silicone tips ranging from 14.5mm down to 10mm, and foam tips in 11mm, 13mm, and 14.5 mm. There is also a small leather carry case. I'm a fan of foam tips and 1More's are okay, but we use the Comply 600 Isolation tips. The 1More foam tips are rather shallow, maybe extending half as far into the ear as the Comply tips, so we get a little better fit and isolation with the Complys. Anyway this set is highly recommended; at its price, the 1More Triple punches well above its weight.

Headphones Don't Work
My husband ordered the black headphones with the regular connector and he loved them. A couple of days later I ordered the rose gold headphones with the lightning connector. Sound comes through for music and media (spotify, podcasts, etc), but there is little to no sound for calls even when the volume is all the way up. I originally thought it was an issue with my iphone so I took my phone to the apple store and they quickly showed me that all sounds worked perfectly when using other headphones (for example the normal apple headphones) so the issue was just with these headphones. A week later (life gets busy!) I called amazon to report that I received a defective product and wanted a replacement. I was 10 days over the refund period, so I'm out of luck. SO: BEWARE!! Some of these are defective and if you wait too long, you'll get stuck with headphones that don't work for $100+ dollars!

Terrible for phone calls, great for music.
I have the one-more 3.5mm version of these and I use them every day for music and for 3hrs of business calls. I also have a $25 set from Symphonic that work fantastically. Also, I have the iPhone 6s and was thinking about getting the iPhone X soon so I was looking for a good LIGHTNING version. I purchased these 1more LIGHTNING headphones with the built in DAC in hopes of even better music quality when listening to high def audio. The music is very clear, well balanced, and sounds great. If you only listen to music, these work great, and sound great. The problem is that the phone call experience is terrible. --When I originally received the headphones in October, the phone call audio was incredibly low...so low that I could barely hear the other person even with the volume all the way up. --I opened a ticket on the 1more website for help. I DID receive a response that 1More is working on the problem. --using the 1more iPhone app, I was able to update the firmware in the headphones. I did not find any change at all. --this week, i checked the 1more app again, and there was another firmware update. THIS time the call volume is fixed! Thank you 1more! The problem is now the microphone has SO much gain, the people on the other end hear a distorted, over-modulated version of me. It is truly unbearable. The background noise is perfectly clear, my voice sounds like the singer in a metal band! Waaaay too loud, too much distortion, and there is no way to adjust the mic volume. I use earbuds 70% of the time for phone calls, 30% for music. I'm hoping I can return these, but I'm guessing it is too late, so I will go back to my $25 pair that work perfectly and put the 1more back in the junk drawer in hopes that they come out with a fix :(

And it's just a terrible looking app if it did work
THE 1MOREASSISTANT APP ON iOS is pretty terrible. It doesn't work, not the equalizer, not anything in the pictures. And it's just a terrible looking app if it did work. And I should have heeded the one review it has, DO NOT INSTALL THE FIRMWARE UPDATE. It will cause volume issues. At low volume you will not hear anything, once it hits about 30-40% it will blast nearly full volum, then the next notch will go back to a normal volume and slowly ramp back up from there. UPDATE: Restarting the phone puts things back to normal. It sounds pretty good, and the packaging is beautiful. There is barely any separation or soundstage but this is somewhat expected with an iem, and I think the highs suffer a little, but otherwise really good sound. Especially at this pricepoint they rival headphones at least 50% more expensive. I like them. Quality bass, though some may want more quantity, and vocals sound really great.

Finally audiophile earbuds for iPhone users!
With the deletion of the headphone jack on the iPhone 7,8,10, I was having trouble finding a high quality set of earbuds. I had been looking at wireless over ear cans but nothing sounded amazing due to the lossy Bluetooth. After being spoiled by my high end home audio system, my top priority is sound quality and the 1MORE buds do not disappoint! The built in DAC/amp is genius! It solves 2 problems in one (extra power to push 3 drivers and no need for 1/8” jack). It provides just enough extra umph of control, especially for the low end driver which sounds rich, deep, and detailed. Clean bass guitar notes (like in jazz tracks) sound incredible. You can hear every reverberation from the bass strings and kick drums sound tight and punchy. The low end presence is strong even down to 20hz. Over all very well balanced across the frequency range. Mids can often get lost in a busy track but the dedicated drivers deliver a clean responses. The high end isn’t too harsh, but smooth and detailed. Highly recommend for an iPhone user looking for an audiophile listening experience from a super portable earbud. Well worth the money. Also works great with older iPhones that still have a headphone jack.

The sound clarity of these is remarkable. I use my previous, RHA T20i’s as reference, which are extremely clear, however they have a very poor build quality (the wrapping around the ear pieces began to peel, which caused the wires to come out of the earphones and controller) and though these are lighter, they seem to have a better build quality, and after the exessive burn in period, sound is nearly equal. My one complaint is the size of the ear pieces themselves. I have extremely small ear canals, and they don’t fit in my ears, though they have also never fallen out of my ears, unlike apple headphones, which is why I’m not getting a pair of Apple wireless earbuds.

Beautiful design...Disappointing usability .
I was so excited to get these, after hours of research. And I found a GREAT deal on them in the Warehouse site, on a returned pair. But, man, was I disappointed!! Two things: fit and usability. First, I couldn’t get a good fit. I could not keep them in my ears, if moving, and barely kept them there when motionless. I used the largest silicone and form adapters supplied (14.5mm), but no-joy. I don’t have really large ears or anything, and it’s not that they don’t supply a large number of choices; there are (at least 4 sizes of both silicone and foam). From 10-14.5mm. But nothing would stay in. Second, there was a ton of cord noise. Anytime it was touched or bumped I’d hear it through the cord. This is a very nice, braided cover, that is supposed to help isolate cord noise generated from fabric rubbing on the cord, or thing bumping it. But it completely fails in its mission. My conclusion: I think 1More put a ton of effort into get a great sound, and maybe failed to give enough attention to being able to maintain that high-quality sound in practical application. I have no explanation for them not fitting. I’ve never had that problem before.

NoMore
After buying a set of these last year and returning that one and two replacement sets because the controller on each malfunctioned after a few days to a week or two of use, I decided to try them again since they have a new controller and now a lightning connector. Well, after about three days, I see “device not supported” on my iPhone7 and hear nothing from them. 1MORE suggested I download their app which seemed to work. For about three days. I then got the same alert but this time, the App does not recognize that the device is plugged in and so is absolutely useless. (My other headphones with a lightning connector work so the phone is not the problem). So back they go. Again. Too bad — they sound pretty good although the shirt clip is ridiculously difficult to use.
