Loved every flavor and easy to consume on a run or in a hurry at work when you need a quick pick me up. Flavor and consistency is great for a chew especially if you don’t like gels like me.

I bought these to use for my half marathon training and my half marathon race. All the flavors taste good. I use half the recommended amount. It seems to work just as well. When I first tried it, I got a stomach ache from taking the recommended amount. I adjusted the amount since then and no issues.
