A Picky Parrots Paradise!
My picky rose-breasted cockatoo LOVES these pellets! Always had trouble getting him to eat pellets, tried a few others before I stumbled across these and he just demolishes them every morning and night! Thankful to have found these! My only complaint is that I feel like the bag dissappears with how fast he eats it!

Wasn’t a picky eater until we tried this.
Product is good, but he doesn’t like it. He picks around it and occasionally throws it in the cage floor. He prefers to dip his Zupreme and Roudy Bush in water. Thought the soft pellets would be appealing. This stuff isn’t that soft either. I was expecting the texture of kitten food or Tender vittles, this is much much crunchier.

The Poo Goo is Boo
1. This smells TERRIBLE. 2. The poops will give you nightmares. The poop fest is insane. Poo goo. Everywhere. 3. My birds hate it. I bought this wanting to expand my parakeets' seed-only diet (can you please not die from fatty liver disease? K thanks). They literally went on strike. Finally making a mash including just a few seeds (so to get to the seeds they had to experience the pellets) got them to eat the pellets. If there are seeds in the dish, they will throw out all of the pellets to get to them, so it's like... pellets only, or total waste. This gives them pure bird diarrhea - so in addition to the terrible smell of the pellets right out of the bag, then you have pellet poo goo. On everything. I feel like I tried to do something healthy and quality for my birds, but I won't buy this again. If they have another choice they won't eat this. I think the only way this makes sense is if your birds have a varied diet or you start them early with this as a supplement and not the prime diet.

Nutri Soft is not "soft", but a hard pellet
23y/o yellow naped amazon eats almost anything. He would not eat the Nutrisoft Parrot food no would my 40 y/o goffin cockatoo. The pellets were not "soft" as indicated. However ,after several weeks of pellets thrown to the floor, I soaked the pellets in warm orange juice to soften them up and THEN both birds chowed them down. Perhaps I received a bag that was stale, hence the pellets were not soft?

cheaper than local store; conure loves this food. firm enough to keep shape; soft enough to be eaten easy.
